I will no longer be shopping at this store nor getting my children's prescriptions filled here. I have used this pharmacy for a short time and they have been wonderful. However, the last 2 times that I have had to go inside to pick up things as I often do, I have experienced the same rude and dismissive behavior from someone named "Carlos". On one occasion his phone took precedent over the assistance I needed and I had to bother someone at the pharmacy counter instead. The second encounter involved him being rudely dismissive and wouldn't even answer my question because he was "working on something important". If the customer isn't important for just a second of your time, then you are probably in the wrong line of work.
