I have ordered from this restaurant for many years with no problem. I had to leave at least one star to open the review tab but if I could have left 0 stars, that is what it would have been. Last night 08/23/21 I placed an order for a large pepperoni and cheese pizza with double cheese, an order of the appetizer meatballs, and a 20 oz bottle Pepsi. When I spoke to the girl that took my order I told her exactly what I just stated on this post. When I received my order the pizza was correct, however the meatballs they sent were three small side meatballs and it was a fountain drink. When I looked at my order after the delivery guy left I noticed that it was incorrect. I called the restaurant and they blatantly told me I was wrong and that I did not order what I stated in this post earlier. The female that I talked to when I called them last night stated thay they would come back out and pick up the three meatballs and bring me back the appetizer meatballs and charge me the difference . I said okay and never seen them. Of course when I called and spoke to LINDA who said she was the manager this morning she told me that I never said for them to bring me an appetizer meatball back and return the 3 side meatballs and pay the difference. She's not even the one that took my order so she's automatically telling me the CUSTOMER that I are wrong. I know what I ordered and I'm sorry you guys can't keep any help but when you start telling the CUSTOMER that they are wrong you have the wrong management. LINDA the unskilled manager that took my call today August 24th at approximately 1:30 p.m. stated she was the manager and again told me that I the CUSTOMER was wrong and that they were not going to do anything to correct it. So I wouldn't recommend placing a to-go order with this restaurant. I told her that I was going to leave a bad review and she said okay that's fine. Read morePlaced a take out order, my husband went to pick it up. When he got home the order was similar to what we ordered but not exactly what we ordered. Called immediately to let them know we may have either gotten someone else’s order or they messed up our order. The girl on the phone took the blame and said she typed it in wrong. She offered to make a replacement or to “put our order on the wall in the kitchen” for a replacement order for another time. We weren’t going to wait another 45 min and go back out to pick up another order so we opted for the meal credit for next time. This was sept 3rd. We were evacuated the following week for hurricane Florence by the USCG for almost 3 weeks. We got back to town on 10/1. Returned to the Morehead City location on 10/7 hoping to redeem our replacement order. Talked to 2 people there and no one knew anything about it and couldn’t find the ticket in the kitchen. The order total was $27.55. They wouldn’t even offer a discount on our dine-in receipt. On that day the lady said she would ask the other manager and get back to me. She never did. I just followed up again and she said there was nothing they could do. I didn’t think it was necessary to take down the name of the person who told me how they do replacement orders. Seemed like an odd policy but I agreed to it and thought I’d be able to eventually get what I paid for. Disappointing that they wouldn’t make things right or offer another solution. Each time there were 2 servers and one hostess standing at the hostess stand right inside the door talking to each other and watching me struggle with the heavy door and didn't bother holding it open for me (I have nerve damage in my arms and several back problems and was carrying a heavy diaper bag and baby in a car seat carrier; I was visibly struggling). The server each time was inattentive and kept forgetting to bring us requested items like napkins, drink refills, silverware, appetizer plates, sauces, etc. I don't fully remember what we ordered the first time but I remember it wasn't all that bad. The second time, I ordered a stromboli and my niece ordered a pizza slice meal. The stromboli was pretty good but the side of meat sauce was old. I could taste that it had been sitting in a pot for a long time that had burnt sauce in the bottom and there were burnt pieces in it. My niece's pizza was supposed to be pepperoni but she couldn't eat it because it was so over cooked and tough. Then when she picked it up, a layer flopped back on it. It was a cheese pizza that had been baked and then they added pepperoni and more cheese on top and baked it again. I asked the server about it and she said, "Oh yeah, they just keep a plain cheese pizza made then add toppings and more cheese for what people want then put it back in the oven to melt the cheese and reheat it".
