4 stars overall. Food is a 5, but service is a 3. Our waitress was good, but she was stretched too thin, covering too many tables. She was knowledgeable about the menu, but she didn't spend much time with whenever she came back to us. She was always rushed. Granted, it was Saturday evening during the summer, but the restaurant wait staff wasn't staffed appropriately for that time frame. Sushi is phenomenal and Hibachi dinner was very good as well. The sushi appetizer came out on time, dinner did too. But our salads and soups, that come with our entree, didn't show up until more than halfway through our meal. What's even worse is I ordered a drink about 10 minutes after the others at my table did, because I was deciding what specialty drink I wanted to try. After 30 minutes, the drink still hadn't been made. In fact, it wasn't ready even half way through my dinner, so I eventually canceled the drink. I asked our server how many bartenders were on staff at that time. She said only one. She told me that the lone bartender was making drinks for the wait staff, the guests in the entire restaurant, the patrons at the bar. She also said that the bartender also waits on two tables near the bar, serving food, etc. Ridiculously overloaded. This is why my drink did not come out on time, or even close to it. There is no doubt that they need two bartenders on a busy Friday or Saturday night. They also need to give each server a smaller area to cover so the service is better. Again, great food...
Read moreThis is our second time coming here. The first time was a bad experience but they had just opened. This time we have had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, they were out of Beef Satay, we were told, and to come back tomorrow for lunch to get it. We ordered shrimp shumai and chicken Satay, a Halloween roll, and a Uni sashimi for our appetizers. We also had 2 orders of Yaki Soba combo style and a pork Katsu with fried rice and a miso soup. The shumai was like it was fried from frozen. The Chicken Satay was perfectly executed. It was moist and tender with a wonderful sauce coating it. The Halloween roll we had to send back because we told them no spicy and they sent the first version out with a sweet chili sauce on it, which it does not mention anything about on the menu. The Uni seemed to have the texture of having once been frozen. The Miso soup was a great rendition of a classical Miso soup. The Yaki Soba's were perfectly cooked. Sadly, the Katsu was overcooked, and the fried rice that we got for an upcharge was bland and had no vegetables like mentioned on the menu. Overall, while some of our meals were not perfect, the service was exceptional and the atmosphere was very nice...

To whoever is in charge,
I want to make it absolutely clear how disgusted and furious I am after my visit to your restaurant on 09/25/2025. I came in with my FiancĂŠ and our two-year-old son. Shortly after we were seated, one of your waiters started touching and playing with my son's hair â completely uninvited and without a word to us.
What kind of place allows this kind of behavior?
Let me spell this out: You do not touch someone else's child. Ever. Thatâs basic human decency, and the fact that this needs to be explained is infuriating. I had to tell your staff member to stop, and the fact that I even had to say that is absolutely insane.
This was invasive, completely inappropriate, and unacceptable on every level. My family was made to feel uncomfortable and violated in what should have been a normal meal out.
I want to know what the hell youâre doing about it. This shouldnât be swept under the rug. What kind of training â if any â do you give your staff? Do you understand how serious this is?
The real kicker? I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO THE MANGER AND THE SAME WAITER BROUGHT ME MY "to go" ORDER...
