We stopped at Mattress Warehouse on Sunday, March 13th after stopping at Mattress Firm (right across the street). The service we received from Mike at Mattress Warehouse was much better than the service we received at Mattress Firm (we didn’t even get the gentleman’s name as he was busy with “an issue”).
Walking into a mattress store and seeing over 100 options (beds) is a bit overwhelming. That is where Mike comes in. He asked us a few questions and after realizing we really didn’t know what we wanted, he recommended we use their AI (computer) system to narrow the options. We agreed and answered 8 questions, then laid on the AI bed while it took pressure measurements. After about 4 minutes, a report was generated that narrowed the 100+ bed options down to about 8!
We then were able to narrow that 8 down to 3 pretty quickly and then settled on our choice. Mike asked if we wanted to do financing at 0%. While we didn’t anticipate financing, we did so and were approved in under 10 minutes (Mike did most of the work). On top of a smooth process, we also received our delivery just 3 days later!
The delivery team delivered, set up, and took our old mattress, we didn’t have to do anything but make the bed!
Last but not least, if our bed goes on sale, or the price is lowered than what we bought it for over the next 12 months, we get the difference back!

He had us take the mattress test where we put our sleep preferences (side/back) and origins of pain. We then laid down on a mattress that collect our pressure points and printed out a list of mattresses in accordance with our results. We tested out about 7 different beds. Our favorite was the Kingsdown, which was so supportive and comfortable for us. Bonus, it was on sale and had such a great price. Bernett was very patient and explained everything. Him and Angel were very thorough in explaining their financing options if necessary. My friend is discussing the mattress with her husband, while I was sold on the Storm 1.0 pillows. I’ve never splurged on a pillow before (never spent more than $30) but with the pillow, in combination with the Kingsdown, I was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep then and there. I usually sleep on my side so my shoulders usually mess up my spine alignment, but this pillows felt so perfect. So I spent $200 on a pillow, and just nice it was buy one get one 50% off. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and would definitely recommend them for their great prices...
   Read moreSave yourself the headache. I was told—both verbally and in writing—that my mattress would be delivered on 6/12. That day came and went with no delivery, no call, no nothing.
I called and spoke with the manager, who acted like I was bothering him for being upset. He blamed a “glitch in the system” and brushed it off because my mattress was sitting in High Point. No real apology. No urgency. Just a weak offer to have my salesman call me.
Ashton, my salesman, did call me. He at least apologized and said he’d contact his district manager to try and get me some sort of “incentive” for the inconvenience. Well, here we are—still waiting on that call.
To make it worse, I paid in cash, and when I asked about a refund, they said I’d have to wait 2–3 weeks because they don’t keep cash in the store. So I’m stuck with no mattress and no money for weeks—all because of their mistake.
