I purchased a truck from here back in March. The buying experience was pleasant and easy, and they were very helpful finding me financing for my truck without any down payment. Plus I received a military discount. The truck however, has been another story. I’m not really sure how this thing even passed a safety inspection. The second time I drove it a caliper snapped in two and we found out the rear brakes and rotors were completely shot. The emergency brake will not engage and the ABS is out. We’ve had the front suspension replaced and the ac compressor. There also seems to be some kind of electrical issues in the cabin and the latest thing to break has been the brake line itself it’s leaking brake fluid and it is only July… There was some work done to the truck by MMC before I purchased it and there was a long history of carfax reports which led me to believe I was purchasing a vehicle that had been well maintained. So far the engine is solid and it runs great though. I’m not sure if things were skimmed over on the truck or if I am simply that unlucky, but perhaps have your own mechanic check out the vehicle...

Morehead Motor Company is the best place to get a vehicle in Morehead City, hands down! When I got my Honda Pilot, Ben was awesome…he made sure I got the vehicle I wanted & needed for my kids and I. Now in my search for a replacement car (someone backed into me ) Ben has once again, been amazing and my go to guy! His car knowledge, and just the time he takes to help and actually make sure I’m set up and taken care (even in a situation that has nothing to do with them, they have been so helpful). Everyone who works there, John, Paul, Angela, and their nice guy that works in the shop (couldn’t remember his name) but they all actually care about helping you from start to finish! Even after you get a car, they continue to take care of you & have just really went above and beyond with their customer relationships…I will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle in morehead...

I received a Lexus Gx470 just close to a year ago. Put a few thousand down on the vechile. Within a month I haven't been able to drive it, while paying $600 dollars month. I couldn't even use my own vechile to see my dieing Mother! My Mother a month ago ended up at Carteret Health a month ago, I had to get a ride there. Then She went to Hospice, which I had to walk to see her. Then within a week was pronounced that she passed. I have to pick up her ashes, still not having a running vechile. This is highly unsustainable!!! Within a month I have put in over $600 dollars and still can't drive the vechile. Currently it needs another $1000 dollars to have it driveable. While paying $600 dollars a month. This vechile might look nice, but is a lemon.. Highly dissatisfied. I'm requesting that someone reaches out to...
