If I could do less than a star I would. Wife and I left knee rehab and wanted to get some ice cream. Pulled up and hit the button and knew right away it was gonna be difficult by the way the man was speaking. And it was. He struggled to take a 2 item order then gave me attitude over the speaker before I was finished. Had to repeat the order 3 times before he got it right. Items come out and it's wrong. How do you confuse a Reese blast with oreos?? He clearly was doing this intentionally. I backed up my vehicle so I could get out to walk up the wrong order and knock on the door and a girl by the name of Leah came and I said "can I please get 2 reeses blast?" She said in a drawn out verbiage "ohhhhkaaayyy", . Like I had the nerve to get out of my car and bring it to the door. She took the items and brought the new ones back after the man refused to since she tried handing them to him to bring to me and he walked away all in plain sight. So I pull up my car to get it and she stops and turns around throws a fit because I'm pulling up the car and she walks all the way around the back of the car to bring it to me and says something smart. I said why is there so much drama over ice cream and she mumbled something else as she walked in through the doors. Meanwhile the manager condoning the behavior and watching it all unfold while smoking a cigarette. I thought I was in the twilight zone or something. Going there today to speak to the district manager. If they treat adult veterans this way I wonder how they treat our...
Read moreBe prepared for an echo at the drive-up ordering sign. This was very annoying and distracting when ordering.
Same goes for the McDonald's Just slightly down the street, at least on the outside lane.
Had stated to the person who took our order in person because the echo was just too much to deal with.
That I felt extra hungry and wanted an additional cheesy footlong quarter pounder Coney Island dog. NOTE: Didn't happen, But was not charged for it.
Stated that we were vacationers, and that we had no ketchup in the refrigerator, and that I wanted a bunch of extra ketchup for the large tater tots. NOTE: Didn't happen.
Orange County Island dog we wanted in a combo with as we said large tater tots and of course a large drink. Requested a large Arnold Palmer with light ice. NOTE: Didn't happen, received a large lemonade instead could taste no tea whatsoever.
I guess drive-thru is considered takeout so I will select the takeout button Way to go Google You need to have more options on how did you dine in etc.
I recommendation that you have a pay terminal on a tablet like biscuitville, Chick-fil-A, and many other popular restaurants now use by attendance should go to the vehicle for payment and delivery please.
You have the ability to pay at the drive-in bays, But appear to it lift out this important method as no one knows what happened to their credit card when it goes...
Read moreLet's be honest it's really hard to find employees who actually care about their jobs in the fast food industry. When you put lower quality into a workplace you get lower quality out of a workplace. When you understaff, it not only ruins the customers experience but the employees as well.
If I worked for Sonic Corporate I would really want to know how terrible of a representation this place is. First of all, I've been over 20 times and I've only gotten a correct order MAYBE twice. I've began to just accept what I receive here because they give me an attitude and tell me what I said and that I'm wrong. I used to manage a restaurant and that is absolutely not the right thing to do. They also suggest smaller sizes and routinely ask if the customer is sure they want that size because it's pretty big. My employees would never do that due to the chance of offending someone. The quality of food is SOOOOOO bad sometimes. It's like hit or miss. You get good food one day and the next day you order a large chilli cheese fries and they give you a medium with a tiny squirt of cheese and chilli. What happened to early 2000s Sonic? That's why we continue going. Hoping early 2000s...
