She took the items and brought the new ones back after the man refused to since she tried handing them to him to bring to me and he walked away all in plain sight. So I pull up my car to get it and she stops and turns around throws a fit because I'm pulling up the car and she walks all the way around the back of the car to bring it to me and says something smart. I said why is there so much drama over ice cream and she mumbled something else as she walked in through the doors. Be prepared for an echo at the drive-up ordering sign. This was very annoying and distracting when ordering.

Let's be honest it's really hard to find employees who actually care about their jobs in the fast food industry. When you put lower quality into a workplace you get lower quality out of a workplace. When you understaff, it not only ruins the customers experience but the employees as well.

If I worked for Sonic Corporate I would really want to know how terrible of a representation this place is. First of all, I've been over 20 times and I've only gotten a correct order MAYBE twice. I've began to just accept what I receive here because they give me an attitude and tell me what I said and that I'm wrong. I used to manage a restaurant and that is absolutely not the right thing to do. They also suggest smaller sizes and routinely ask if the customer is sure they want that size because it's pretty big. My employees would never do that due to the chance of offending someone. The quality of food is SOOOOOO bad sometimes. It's like hit or miss. You get good food one day and the next day you order a large chilli cheese fries and they give you a medium with a tiny squirt of cheese and chilli. What happened to early 2000s Sonic?
