Talked to me about my goals, reassured me that they are able to be achieved and explained how to achieve it. I'm insulin resistant, she gave one of the best explanations of what it is and how it is affecting my body. Gave me a guide on what types of food I should be eating, how often I should be eating, staying on my workout routine. Being informed I'm not eating enough was a shocker, but it wasn't presented as something negative, but encouraging.
