This the worst store out there. I ordered a phone on line to be picked up at the store and I called to see when it would be ready a man said that they got the order and had to wait fir it to be processed and that he would keep an eye on it. Only about 15 to 20 minutes went by and I received an email and a phone from the store stated that I could pick it up at anytime. I proceeded to go yo the store before they closed and got there about 10 minutes before I tried to use the express puck up and it would not work. I went to my car to get my ID so I could go into the store and pick it up. As there was a lady leaving the store the door would not open and the assistant manger opened the door to let her out with the door still open i trued to explain that the express pick up was not working and if she could take a minute to help me get my phone out of there she stated that once her door is locked she can not open it but the door was open as she was speaking to me. I explained to her that my current phone would only work in safe mode and I have 3 24hr businesses to run and needed my new phone, she stated that she could not help me and shut the door in my face. I have numerous lines with Verizon and have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and was buying a new phone at cost as they stated that there was no promotion available fir the phone that I needed to run my business. I still went ahead and ordered the phone with a rep over the phine who was able to get the order put in with enough time as I needed to get it ASAP and could not wait for it to be shipped. This is the worst experience I have ever had with customer service and will never recommend going with Verizon or to shop at thus store. I hope that the owner of the store sees this with a reply so that they know what kind of people they have representing there business. I am a business owner and would never treat customers this way. If you are looking into getting Verizon service don't I will be looking for a different one myself. If they aloud a negative on a review there would not be a number bug enough that could justify this treatment. Also when you speak to customer service then are just as bad as the staff in the store is when they tell you to go to your local store and have them see if they can fix it and being told we were never have done repairs in this store so I dont know why they would tell you that but we could sell you phone and that was from the...

So the fact that we just paid $1000 out of our own pocket to leave this company, after years of a ridiculous amount of things never being what they say, should tell you plenty. That's 1 star for the whole verizon mobile company. For this specific store I give them 1 star also bc they didn't even care that we were leaving. I'm always calm when I go in there & I was calm when I walked in & said I'd like to pay off all my phones bc we're switching to another company now. They just said "oh ok, let me ring you out." Then, "ok, sorry to see you go but have a nice day" as I left. After 18 faithful y years of perfect on time payments and kindness in the midst of so many ridiculous scenarios, I guess I did think they'd try a little bit to keep me but I know I'm just 1 little account in an ocean of accounts so I just said "have a good day" and walked out. They used to have the best coverage out here in the boonies so I stuck it out but there's so many others that work great out here now I actually paid that much money of my own to leave them. Just 1 issue of a hundred : I noticed a random $20 charge on my bill. Called CS & after a bit the rep said "I see we made a mistake with this charge. What I can offer is to split the charge & credit your acct $10." I'm not kidding! She offered to go in half with me for THEIR mistake, like what? Never in my life have I heard of that. After me saying that is a ridiculous statement & no, I'm not paying any of it, it's a false charge. She agreed, said she'd credit $20 to my next bill. Next bill I see the 20 credit. Ok good, oh but then I couldn't hook grkids tablets to my Hotspot one day. Long story short, they removed 2 lines of Hotspot, $10 each, to make my bill $20 less!!    Read moreI had visited another Verizon store a few weeks ago in the attempt to buy a phone and walked out because the sales rep ignored me. I arrived at this store 15 minutes prior to opening today and waited in my car until they opened. I walked in the door in front of a state trooper and the person at the door, who I assume was the manager, directed me to another sales rep and took the state trooper. The sales rep I was directed to thought he was a stand up comedian! He greeted me with "oh you're my next victim, I mean customer." At that point, I told him I had already walked out of another Verizon store. I thought this would shut his jokes down, but boy was I wrong! When I gave him my phone number he yelled out my area code and said to the other reps, are we doing this area code today? Then he asked me why I wanted to buy a new phone. Does he really need to know why I want to buy a new phone? I have a Samsung product, so he took me over to show me the Samsung S10 phones and suggested I buy one of those, even though there were none in stock! I told him I wanted a phone with 5G and he said I would not need one of those in this area. When I kept asking about the 5G phones he explained I would not need one using the analogy of a grist mill. Yes I might be older and a woman, but you don't have to use that analogy with me! It didn't make sense anyway! I asked them about the Samsung S20 several times before he had to ask another sales rep if they had any on the floor. They were in the front of the store and he didn't know that? He tried to tell me the S20s were too expensive! Finally he recommended I buy a phone on-line. After 30 minutes of wasted time, I was ready to get out of there!
