Staff is incredibly rude, more so the management than the younger workers. Not great for business to treat your customers like trash.

Purchased soda from establishment that was watered down and disgusting, but you won’t have another option because they are so strict about outside drinks (even water). Advertises deal for students to get you in the door, but then does not apply a discount.

All the arcade games are broken and will just take your coins.

If there was another option for movies in morehead I would no longer support this business. They are not great to their customers. Will most likely be driving out of the way for movies...

Awful experience, the lady behind the counter was extremely rude. I tried to enjoy the movie but couldn't even enjoy it after how she treated me so i left. I did tell the manager and he said he'd talk to her. They apparently did, but she still has the job. So if you are OK with being treated like crap then it might be your cup of tea, but not mine. I asked for a refund since I left the move like 20 minutes in, they said they couldn't since the movie was already like 20 to 25 minutes in. Even after how I was treated they rejected my refund. This is place was amazing today and very accommodating. We went to see Inside Out 2. And My 6 year old ASD daughter suddenly got very scared of the loud noise and by the time the meltdown was over it was pretty far into the movie. So They graciously let Us in the next Movie starting Despicable ME 4. It was a great movie and She had a wonderful time. And learned that it's okay to get scared of new things but so worth giving it a try! Thank You Morehead Cinema 6. You have life long customers now! I appreciate You...
