STOPPING HERE WAS A HUGE MISTAKE!!!! Waited 1 hour for the wrong food to be brought to our table, waiter recognized our order was wrong without us saying anything and went to the kitchen to talk to his manager. Waiter came back and told my girlfriend and I that unfortunately we couldnât get our order corrected without also paying for the incorrect order that was brought to our table even though it was untouched. We couldnât believe it and asked to talk to a manager, 20 minutes passed and no one came to assist. I walked to the front and asked to pay for my Mt. Dew and they said they werenât able to do that. So I walked outside without paying for my Mt. Dew and the wings that came out wrong. As soon as I get to my girls car I see what looks like a manger looking around. I do the right thing and approach him. He was hostile and blamed corporate for why heâs bound by strict policy that requires me to still pay for the bone in wings even though we had ordered boneless and never touched the bone in because they were sent back. I canât even express what it feels like to be Forced to pay for the kitchens mistake in industry based on hospitality . Trey Andrewâs (manager) said he would have no choice but to call police and file criminal charges against me for not paying for our meal even though it was there mistake. I own a business of my own and Iâm held by a strict standard by everyone of our clients to give our absolute best and nothing else. We still tipped the waiter because it wasnât his fault and didnât agree with managements decision. Iâm definitely upset and know I wouldnât be alone if it is actually corporate policy to charge a customer for the kitchens mistake and to bring criminal charges to those that disagree. Though through the eyes of Trey Andrewâs (manager) the money I was forced to spend went to pay corporate for the meal they mixed up. I believe I paid for an accountability check on Trey Andrewâs - Manager of Morehead city Buffalo Wild Wings 5136 HIGHWAY 70, SUITE B,...
Read moreMy husband and I used to eat here on a regular basis. We love their wings! But food quality has been declining recently. I know restaurants are struggling right now and I understand that everyone has bad days, but the experience continued with every visit. It's been a couple of months since we ate from here, so yesterday I placed a to go order (I tried to do so on the app, but it kept shutting down right as I went to pay). My husband likes his sauce, so I always ask for extra, extra wet wings. I got the order and checked, but his wings were pretty dry. I asked the (very nice) cashier to please have them throw some more sauce on them. They did. I get home and I have an order of fries instead of potatoe wedges (I take blame for this, I was more focused on the wings than the content) and they gave me blue cheese instead of ranch. I ordered again tonight, at the restaurant, with the manager, again asking for extra, extra sauce. He wasn't overtly friendly, but I didn't take it personally, they seemed pretty steady. I received my order and checked my wings. I asked the cashier if she wouldn't mind having the kitchen add more sauce to them, they were too dry. She took the bag from me, set in on the counter, and proceeded to ask a customer behind me if she needed help. My wings sat there while she assisted this customer before she took them back. The attitude she gave me when asking if they were good enough was uncalled for. I also wonder if they kitchen staff knows or even cares that they can be heard from the front and I certainly heard them mocking me for my extra wet wings. And this actually wasn't the first time I had overheard the kitchen loudly laughing at my order. I kept going back because I believe restaurants deserve more than a couple of chances, but I truly think this will be my last visit. And I'm not saying that in a "well you've lost yourself a customer" kind of way, just a "I hope you can learn from this and do...

3 years later, I'm assuming a new manager or something. Not sure. Party of 7 for a birthday dinner. Waited an hour on a simple order once it did arrive everyone's food was cold, I was a wing short, and one customer received onion rings still slightly frozen inside. Contacted the manager she apologized and said I was because they received an order for 300 wings.... personally it's no excuse. Attend to those in your establishment that's leaving a tip for your staff before call in orders. Then a discount was applied to our receipt.....personally had I been managing this store and this happened the entire meal would have been comped. Poorly handled.
2/27/2025 So I've refrained from being a "Karen" but it's getting old. I called in the ordering mishap which I rarely ever do I typically suck it up and eat what I got. However from tonights order I was missing 1 large potato wedge 1 milk from the kids meal The fries were stale and dried out & cold And all sauces that were paid for were not in the order. The place wasn't even that busy. I literally walked in and sat at the bar for 20 minutes patiently to give them time to make my food. Guys... freaking do better. Instead of just offering refunds immediately before you even know the circumstances hold your staff to a higher level of accountability. It's literally like this for every take out order now.
I tip good. I rarely complain but B-Dubs is Absolutely turning to trash quickly. Upper management I suggest you look into the way this facility is...
