Food Matters Market And Cafe — Local services in Morganton

Ok yeah, This is a very nice store, super fancy on the inside and ok so its all organic type foods and such but SERIOUSLY $12 for a gallon of milk. I can get 4 gallons at Walmart for what yaw want for one. This is probably why you only have 5 cars in your parking lot and Walmart has hundreds. Morganton doesn't need anything like this. Who could afford this? Ridiculous...!!! Definitely Will NOT be returning!!!

Addition: Well I'm very happy that you support our local farmers as do I. I'm also glad to see the hundreds of vehicles that park in your lot to show support and the community that can afford your prices in a small town. Oh wait thats Walmart. Best place to buy meat!!! No more Walmart, Food Lion, Ingles & etc. !!!With all these food recalls happening, learning the REAL secrets of grocery store meat & just the overall decline of quality in grocery store meat, we only purchase our meat here. We buy our hamburger, sausages, chicken, steak & seafood here and when I tell you there is a difference... THERE IS A DIFFERENCE! Great little grocery store, a little pricey, but it’s basically a locally owned Whole Foods, great selection of desserts, my favorite is the chocolate peanut butter cake slice, also great selection of wraps, soups, and salads if you’re looking for a easy meal to pick up and bring back to the office. They have a great selection of meat and fish, I’ve even found more rare fish like swordfish and halibut that I can’t find at other grocery stores in the area, also great salmon cakes and when they have them before they sell out their crab cakes and OG guacamole is bomb ASF.
