My wife and I have been customers of Jacqueline's Fine Jewelry for five years (since it was called Joyce's), having purchased an engagement ring and then wedding bands. We have also purchased gifts there. Most recently, I have used their services for wristwatch maintenance. We live nearly an hour away, but have no misgivings about driving because of the level of service we get.
When we originally purchased the engagement ring, we were treated wonderfully by the staff, offered beverages, and made to feel very comfortable about the purchase we were making. The beautiful custom-made ring exceeded our expectations, and my wife regularly gets compliments on it.
We later returned to select our wedding bands, and the staff remembered us by name and we were again offered the highest level of service–a great experience.
We had a recurring problem where some tiny accent diamonds fell out of my wife's wedding band. Twice Jacqueline's fixed the ring, no questions asked, at no charge. When it happened a third time, Tom, the owner graciously offered to replace or refabricate the ring entirely for up to its full value – a more than fair offer. So, they are remaking the ring entirely to ensure we do not have any future problems. Tom insisted on making it right, and so we will continue to do business there and refer people to them. When the owner of the store is on site consulting and giving personal attention to his customers, you know you're in good hands.
You are greeted when you walk in, they always offer complimentary ring cleaning, incredible service, and have a beautiful showroom with an amazing selection. We were told they are now in the process of adding facilities for a full-time, in-house jeweler so all repairs and services can be done on the premises.
Highly recommended. We're...
Read moreI had to have my ring repaired at the Uniontown store which they did a great job. The associates we very friendly.
However, my initial stop was the Suncrest location. One of the first questions was “is this stone real? The associate was great setting me up to see the jeweler at the other location.
A few days later my fiancé and I returned to look for a minimal, plain, band for himself. Needless to say, those are not usually expensive, but that’s our taste. He says outright he was looking for a plain band up to $300. There wasn’t really anything in that range, which was fine...the same associate who asked if my stone was real said they may have some in Uniontown. I had tried on a few wedding bands simultaneously. She never asked if i wanted to see anything else or even if I liked the 2 I tried on.
We waited while she looked in their catalog for the price range we wanted as we began to walk around looking in the store. It’s a very small store and easy to hear what everyone is saying. All I heard was the associate talking to the other one sitting in the middle kiosk saying “I don’t know WHAT we have for under $300.”
Wow. Thanks for making us completely embarrassed and unwelcome. We’re sorry my fiancé wanted a plain, thin band without oodles of diamonds or expensive designs. I was laid off due to Covid and we’re one of those couples who chose a small intimate ceremony, as we would like to save money. I will never go back here. The attitude...
Read moreAfter having multiple bad experiences trying to get my engagement ring repaired from damage that occurred during an original repair with a different company, I finally turned to Jacqueline's to get another opinion, and if it was possible for my ring to be properly repaired. They had their jeweler look over my entire ring for me to assess all of the damage, see what would need to be done to get it back into shape, and gave me zero runarounds. They were so helpful throughout the whole process, and made me feel confident in my decision in looking elsewhere for repairs. My ring was going to require a decent bit of work done to get it back into the condition it should have been in, and the price quoted to me was beyond fair - I was blown away, to be honest. By the time I got my ring back, it looked brand new. Looking back to photos from when I first got my ring, to the pictures with the damage, to how it looked once I got it back, I was slack-jawed. It looked better than it did when it was purchased brand new, and you can tell that so much attention and care was put in to repairing it. Every little thing that was wrong, was fixed - zero traces of the original damage. I am beyond grateful for everything that Brian did to get my ring back into good condition, but even more grateful for getting my ring back to me in pristine condition. I recommend Jacqueline's 100% for their repair work, but also for their fantastic customer service. Thank you...
