Ordered an iced latte with no flavor and whole milk. I also ordered a hazelnut croissant. The barista made me an iced hazelnut latte. I realized after my first sip, went back up and requested a new latte. I was charged for the new latte - whatever. But my second latte was made hot when I wanted iced. I also witnessed the barista mess up the milk for the latte of another customer. This coffee shop has great vibes, but the barista is incompetent and not practicing good customer service. Super RUDE baristas. We were standing at the door knocking at 4:50 (10 minutes before they closed) and they literally ignored us. Finally some customer let us in. We asked to order and they refused to make us espresso because they were cleaning. They were rude and didn’t care that they were still open—they just wanted to leave. After asking multiple times they finally obliged and made us a latte. They were acting like it was some huge task and even after I tipped them extra they acted rude.
