Custom Ink — Local services in Cranford

I wish it was possible to leave zero stars. Staff in our organization individually ordered the same T-shirt design so we could all wear it at pride and support our veterans. The T-shirts were not made until far after the orders were placed and then not shipped until far after that, and despite having ample lead time, following what’s the website said about the appropriate amount of time it takes for an order to be processed and shipped, we have not receiving the items, and we are not receiving refunds. Staff has given different folks completely different answers and has been so unhelpful. They provide different answers to different people for the exact same question, and therefore of course quite a bit of incorrect information. They may also be genuinely lying, as they have said that there is a specific person handling our issue, while another customer service representative said that person was out on vacation. They have taken no responsibility or accountability and are disorganized and unprofessional. There are so many other businesses that do this exact same thing, literally pick anyone else but custom ink, unless you think inflation isn’t burning through your money fast enough, in which case why not throw them away by ordering through this...

I have had the pleasure of working with Custom Ink the last 3 years, specifically Eric. I will be the first to say that I'm not the easiest person to work with and a perfectionist when it comes to these things and all I can say is that Eric ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make my image exactly the way I picture it on the shirts. He always answers me, and does everything in his power to get everything done correctly and on time. The shirts are an amazing quality and the kids (and adults) absolutely love them every year. You can wash and dry these shirts 1000x and they don't pull, peel, shrink or fade. People think Custom Ink is just an online store but you 100% get professional and personal service. Definitely...

I placed a last minute small order for my birthday getaway, very nervous about the ability to get something in time and that fit within my budget. Cory not only helped me to bring my vision to life, she helped me get the order down significantly by choosing a similar item from another brand.
