Now this one star is very complicated because well usually it would be 5 as of last week it was my fave dispo ever, been going for years always came for the deals, always tipped and never ever broke a rule in my life. Well I guess this changed this past week since now I am banned for life and never welcome back. All because I walked in with the wrong person I guess and i suppose if they are bad people then well heck we must be too, right? No.. no no totally wrong. Now me and my girl like always were goin to this store to get some cheap 8ths and some wax etc. as we drove down the road leading on this dispo we saw a girl struggling along and who looked either sick or well drunk but was dressed nice and my girl is a very nice person so she asked her if she needed a ride, she said yes to this dispo. Ok perfect we like one min away, we pick her up give her some water drive to this dispo and we all go in and we shop. Now I didn’t know since I walked in with her I would be associated with her and later banned because she seemed to have stolen some things, and again I didn’t see this and neither did my girl because once again we didn’t even know this woman, just trying to be nice in such a stuck up town. Withen 2 mins me and my girl find our things and run our card realize it’ll be more expensive then usual And buy half our stuff and keep the other half up at the register. During this time we were not talking to this girl, we were especially not STEALING as she was, so again we bought half our stuff and ventured outside to switch cash around on our phones to get the rest of our stuff which was about 100 dollars worth. Now I stay in the car and turn it on cause the strange girl followed us out and I turned on the a.c for her and my girl went back in to purchase the rest of our products like we always have for almost over 3 years I believe? But something strange and so ridiculous happened that I almost didn’t believe it but my girl came out frowned at me and she didn’t have any of the other stuff we were going buy we just bought slmost an ounce the first time we were in and just wanted to get couple more things. Now she gets in and starts yelling at this girl we (yes looking back, should have never picked up, hindsight’s always 20/20)telling this girl and pleading with her to go back in and give back this stuff she supposedly stole. Now I was quite confused especially when my girl said because she walked in with us that all of a sudden we were (all 3) now banned from our usual dispo shop that we have always respected and never ever stole from. Now I’m even more confused and frustrated and angry, I mean we tried to help a poor girl get to this store we didn’t hang around her in said store didn’t help her steal in anyway and never even knew she did it. I mean we are not stupid we know the security guard watches the cameras 24/7, and saw this woman stealing things yet we both get banned for life because of her sins? The begging her to give what she stole back didn’t work and she walked away, another question is why did they just not call the police on her? And why are we being punished for her crimes we knew nothing about? The store had to know our history of going there since they have opened and always been good customers usually coming in every week and in all those years never stole a thing, never cause a scene never yelled … this is just asinine if you asked me and my poor girlfriend who would always buy there ten dollar 8th is now banned from her fav dispo just for trying to be a good person. So sorry to say yes for that very stupid decision you made and blaming all of us and not just the guilty well it’s just unamerican. Plainly not fair and I always thought that shop was more progressive. I wouldn’t have put up with stealing either but please watch the tapes, look at our history with you, this has never happened yet you are blaming people that were only trying to help. So sorry I didn’t see or feel she was criminal but guess what ? We are not, so please don’t treat us like one and please reconsider...

I ordered an online order last night and was having issues with the site. By the time I submitted it, it was 8:45pm. They close at 9, so in an effort to be a nice guy, I called the store and explained my situation and that I didn’t want to be that guy who comes right at closing but I had sale items for the Friday deal that I wanted and wanted to make sure I got the same price or I could head right over. They confirmed with me that they would honor this deal and thanked me and we hung up. Fast forward to today. I had two confirmation emails for my order being processed and ready. I went in to pick up my order and they couldn’t find it. When I went to my email to check I saw I had another email update saying my order was cancelled which was sent around 2pm (as opposed to 8am). I explained the situation and that I had called last night and that I would like my order and the prices promised and that I could provide the email showing it. The other budtender even mentioned how they were having a number of issues with online orders yesterday. The girl said she couldn’t honor it but could get me her manager who could. Manager came out to explain to me that “this is normal in plenty of businesses”and “if they honored a sale price like this they would be losing a lot of money” so no they couldn’t do it, did I want them for full price? I guess they don’t care about the money they are losing from providing such a stupid answer and poor customer service. This isn’t even a special, it’s a weekly deal… what a joke. Hope it was worth her pride and the $10 she couldn’t concede to standby their own employees words. Very poor customer service! Used to love this place and shop here alot, but probably not anymore. I usually use the order online feature and it's quick and easy...same price at pick up as shown on the order. This week I had everything in my cart, but was right around the corner so just stopped in and showed the tender my cart. Got everything on it, but at $18 more! I explained this never happens and was told everything was accurate. I again said I have never been charged more when doing the online pick up and was told I am wrong...weird I've shopped there enough to know. Needless to say they still didn't honor it and even had the nerve to have the "GM" tect me and say they were right and I was wrong. Well, first off, I was not wrong...coming from a website that can't even out the product in the right category, (said hybrid...its really sativa and says it right on the packing) ..to say I've been wrong when it comes to the orders I have placed in the past. Just rude service and over $18..they can have it and I'll just give my business to other shops that are much more friendly and actually honer the online totals. This has left a real bad impression and definitely makes me plan on giving my money to a more friendly, accurate shop. Just awful! Highly recommend avoiding this shop!....UPDATE: So they tell you to email them so the can make it right or find a resolution...I emailed and never heard anything back.
