I have used Derek and Elegant Limousine many times now, usually for wine tasting outings with large groups. Took the 22 person bus on Friday to the fair Derek answered immediately on Thursday and helped me set up a ride for 5 hours. Even though most of the time you rent the bus for is spent at the event there’s nothing better than not waiting for an Uber and being able to leave on your own schedule and be picked up right when you are ready to leave. Also with the surges experienced in Uber’s when there are events in town and how many you would need I’ve found it’s actually much more economical to use Elegant Limo. Rick has been my driver four times now and he is the absolute best in the business. Extremely friendly, accommodating and keeps the ride absolutely spotless, each time you are dropped off and get picked back up it’s like a brand new car is arriving, everything is touched up and reorganized he can be reached on his cell phone by text or call and is always right around the corner when you need him. Truly a next level experience. Elegant Limousine is unmatched in quality and customer service and matches if not exceeds the best transportation companies in the country from Vegas to Chicago to New York. I used this service for my wedding in Paso Robles in Oct 2021- initially the business owner was super responsive and friendly, but ultimately I had a number of issues, and he was impossible to get a hold of.

We had two drivers, one for the wedding shuttle and one for the after party. Our night time driver Drew was great, we were really happy with him!! Our day time driver, although very friendly, was very confused on the day of - he wasn't sure which hotels to stop at (missed one of the locations at first), and then had to call us on the day of to confirm where to drop guests. Not sure how this could have happened considering my planner and I sent Derek a detailed timeline and schedule, and also spoke to him on the phone about the itinerary.

Ultimately, there was confusion on our driver's end after my wedding, and I ended up getting charged for an extra hour of service.. I called, texted, and emailed Derek a number of times to ask him about this, and he blatantly ignored me. Finally, two weeks later, after leaving him numerous messages, I got an updated invoice with the amount refunded - but he never bothered to acknowledge me which I found to be pretty unprofessional. We set up a day of wine tasting with Elegant Limousine and the team there made for an amazing day for our group of 7. Once we signed up, the staff at Elegant Limousine took note of our preferred wineries and then they took care of everything for use...all reservations were made and the order of the day was perfectly planned by Rose at Elegant. At one point, our driver (Rick) discussed one of our stops with us and gently suggested a better option. When we decided on the (much) better option, he called and made reservations for us. At our last planned stop, we realized we were about a mile away from an Olive Oil maker and told our driver we'd like to try to fit that in, too. Rick made it work, made all the arrangements and even temporarily split our group so we could get the most out of the last 2 stops.

The day was awesome thanks to Elegant Limousine. The vehicle (Mercedes Sprinter Limo) was beautiful and clean and luxurious. Everything was on time and the price was the best we could find in the area for comparable service (although I doubt the service could have been better than what Elegant Limousine provided).
