I’ve visited this location a few times, and today was my third time coming in for a pick-up order. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and disappointing.
The line was extremely long, and the cashiers were working with no sense of urgency. Once I finally got closer to the front, there was only one person taking names for pick-up orders, then disappearing for over 10 minutes at a time. Eventually, a young lady came out and began taking down names more efficiently including mine, which is the standard process from my previous visits. She continued collecting names from others in line, which made sense, and I patiently waited off to the side.
However, about 10 minutes later, I noticed people heading toward the back of the store without any announcements or direction from staff. That’s when the real confusion began. There was no communication or organization. Customers were all over the place. I ended up waiting well over 30 minutes for an online order, despite my name being second on the list.
To make matters worse, I witnessed at least four people who arrived after me receive their items and leave before I was even acknowledged again. At no point did staff attempt to clarify who had already signed in versus who had just arrived. A simple system of separation or check-in order would have made a huge difference.
Today, I felt completely overlooked. This experience has convinced me that I won’t be using in-store pick-up anymore. I’ll return to having items shipped directly to my home. Read moreThis place is an eyesore. I went in a few weeks ago. The workers are clueless standing around looking crazy. My 5 year old and 9 year old can clean up there rooms better than these adult people. Management seems clueless, who trained these people. There’s a guy there says he’s management and doesn’t seem to want to be there also not helpful and the store still looks a mess. I’ve only seen 2 people I’ve seen for quite some time there and that’s when I like to come the store is usually clean and there’s this Hispanic or fair skinned manager that’s singing and happy and normally working or helping customers I went in to look for her and she’s no longer there. There’s a tall darker skin women with short hair, really slim with Africa earrings because shes the only one who spoke or helped me last time I went in she’s always so sweet haven’t seen her either. Seems like they runnin all the good people off. Seems like I’m going to have to find a new store. For Christmas I was supposed to do a pickup order at this store because the other ones were unavailable. When I seen it was this store I was like oh no I hope I get good customer service.. Well I didn’t! I called to see if my order was ready and she told me she wasn’t having her workers pick any orders today because they were too busy . So I asked well do you think it will be ready tomorrow? She put the phone down and proceeded to let me hear all the noise in the background.. when I shouted out and said I’m going to report this store to corporate. She said Hello,Hello like we had a bad connection and hung up . I called back told her I was going to report her to corporate she gave me her name and took mines the after we hung up marked all my items as unavailable..
