I visited the store to buy some Mini hand lotion that was on sale for 4.00. i stood in line to ask where there any exclusions to the buy 2 get 1 everything sale. The manager said no. So I picked out for of the 4.00 lotion. As i was attempting to do a last minute smell, the lady in Pink who not tried to greet me or ask me if I needed anything pops off and says you cant open them the testers are on the other side (display in front of the others so I didnt know they were there). I explained that I did intend to buy. She pops off again but you have to buy before you can smell them. I just walk off because apparently she is unhappy in her job or feel as though customers are not important. I go to the cash wrap and get greeted by a nice cashier (the same manager still there for the first few minutes) so Im asked did I find everything and I tell her I did despite the rude sales lady on the other side. The cashier states she is sorry. I stated I appreciate her saying that but it has left a bad taste in my mouth. So the manager walks off and didnt say a word. The cashier tells me that my total is 17.28 and I ask wasnt the sale buy 2 and get one free. So I expected to pay 12.00 for the items. She keeps insisting I got a better deal. I explained they are 4.00 each and Im paying for all of them when I should have gotten one free. So finally she calls rhe manager on the walkie and she tells her that the sale is not on everything??? There were signs everywhere so I point the one next to me and it didnt say no exclusions. I didnt pick any clearance items out so confused as to why the poor service and invalid marketing scheme. Service has declined sharply in the past few years and I'm amazed this location stays open. On my most recent visit, I walked in just behind several other people; they were all greeted, I was not. Looking for something sexy (since this is a lingerie store)? Forget it--half the store is dedicated to overpriced sweatpants. After I paid $100 for 2 bras, the clerk put my bag at the far end of the counter from where I was, refusing to hand it to me and making me walk to the other end of the counter to retrieve it with a quiet smirk (as if I wouldn't recognize it was done on purpose), when she had handed the people ahead of me their bag and gave them a warm thank you. Someone needs to teach these employees about customer service, since every name brand store is closing left and right at this mall. Keep alienating people who have shopped here for 20+ years and you might just smirk yourself out of a job when this...

I never ever do reviews but I felt like I needed to today because thats how bad they were. They had like 6 employees and not one bothered to ask me if I needed help when I clearly looked like I was having a hard time trying to find something. When I finally asked the employee Juliana if they had an item left she said she would go look and she literally started talking to her co-worker a minute later..STARTED TRYING ON THE FLIP FLOPS and having a whole conversation when she finally turned around to look at me and realized she forgot she was helping me...what a joke. Then I received coupons through email that same day (only reason I went) and for some reason it wouldn't scan. The manager didn't even bother to look at the promotions to try to solve my problem better, she just said it meant that "its no longer available". Clearly I got the coupon that same day and it expired at the end...
