Went into the restaurant and used the self ordering kiosk. Selected the deluxe burger, which was listed as coming with ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, and tomato I am pretty sure. Pretty standard for a deluxe burger. With it being deluxe it obviously was more expensive than just a plain burger, so I think it was almost $7. I wanted to add fry sauce, cheese, and onions onto it. So I selected to add those to the burger. My boyfriend got a burger as well. We both got a drink. the food took a while, but I honestly don’t even care about that, it happens. We were sitting in the corner of the restaurant, with only one other person in the lobby who wasn’t even dining in. The blonde girl at the register yelled something that sounded like “applisky!!!” But the one guy standing was standing in between us so I couldn’t see. Then she screamed at the top of her lungs “I HAVE A KIOSK ORDER!!!” The guy kind of moved, so i could see she was glaring at me with her eyebrows raised, looking at me like I’m at idiot. Don’t know why they ask for a name when they don’t even call it out. Or why she couldn’t have just brought us our ONE tray of food to the table, since they obviously weren’t busy. Great service! She didn’t give us our drink cups that we ordered, so we had to go back and ask for those, and she didn’t apologize or say anything at all just handed them over and walked away. I open up my food, and like I said, i got the deluxe burger with onion, cheese, and fry sauce added. Instead, I got a burger with only onions, fry sauce, and cheese. That’s it. Nothing about it was deluxe even though I paid the deluxe price. At this point I’m honestly just pissed off because of this girl. They probably would’ve fixed it for me if I had asked, but i did not want to speak to that girl again after she had such an attitude. I even smiled at her and said hi when we first came in and she just looked at me and didn’t say anything too. I am sitting there so annoyed, just wanting to eat my food and leave and that’s what we do. we are about to leave, and are walking to the door when all of a sudden the girl SLAMS the employee only door open directly into me, and just says “oh. sorry 🤨” and walks away.
Long story short, horrible service, confusing self ordering kiosk, door in the middle of a small walkway that needs a window, but at least the tater tot’s were tasty. first time trying it out, and never coming back, thanks...
Read moreMy review comes heavy hearted because so many are doing this I don't want to go out much anymore. This may sound dumb but yesterday I had a hunkering for a huckleberry milkshake. This is a huge treat for me. I slurred it was over 6 dollars, (price not on the drive thru menu.) I got my milkshake so excited. First taste " where's the huckleberry taste? Almost zero. Very disappointed! The shake us I'm my freezer I didn't even enjoy it at all. I was okay paying the price for my craving but to get such a low quality product has the normal. I have gotten this before years ago and they were great. Not anymore. This brings me to the point I need to make my cravings myself at home. The owner replied to my review yesterday. Basically he said they have used the same recipe for years and the shakes are fresh and delicious. This wasn't my first time at a zips and definitely not my first huckleberry milkshake at zips.
So I know, when I say I was disappointed that is because it was not what I have received in the past. It was basically vanilla with a slight hint of huckleberry.

Read moreI have given zips multiple attempts to regain my hope in Moscow ID. I have gone 3 times and either had my food burnt, or so uncooked it’s falling apart and cold. This last time I attempted to call and speak to a manager but the shift lead was the only one available. He insisted that my food was made perfectly and it was cold and falling apart this last time. The tater tots I ordered were cold and falling apart, the smile fries I ordered were small broken pieces of smiles with a bunch of uncooked tots and my corn dog breading was mushy and the middle of the hot dogs were cold like they just came out of the fridge. The shift lead swore to me that he saw my order be made and that it was made perfectly but he would understand why the smiles were broken because it happens frequently (I only got 3 smiles!!!) but I asked for them well done. He got rude with me on the phone and wouldn’t even offer a refund for food I wasn’t going to eat. I offered to send him photos to prove the food that we received, but he still wouldn’t do anything about it.
