It’s nice to have craft supplies readily available. They have regular sales that rotate through different departments which is nice. If I don’t know where a product is or if they carry something the staff will often reply with “I don’t know” or “I don’t think we’re have it” which I find irritating and the reason for four stars instead of five. There’s a woman there named Ann that’s really knowledgeable and helpful though so I always try to find her when I have a question.
Their framing department spends time to make sure you get the frame/matte everything you want. My Wife and I are in the middle of Painting and Decorating our guest room in a Massachusetts Cape Cod theme. Can you believe we found Sea Shells, Star Fish, Coral, glass in a teal color and from there we went to look for something to decorate a flower vase with dried grass and something that resembles sand dune grass and weeds. We found it. We also needed hardware to hang oil based painted ocean scene framed pictures and found that.
