Hey, my name is Jess. I've been going to this shop for almost 10 years and have experienced the changes with each owner.

This place was originally a little awkward to shop, but being an outgoing individual the employees/owners warmed right up. I decided to make this my spot from then on. My primary purchase used to be tobacco/tubes as this shop was by far the cheapest in the area - but I quit smoking and switched to vaping and to my pleasant surprise, they sport the "Menthol Crush" flavor I really dig.

The second owners I experienced were a gentleman and 2 younger guys that appeared (or at least seemed) to be brothers. The experience during this period of time started out ok - the owner seemed to be a respectful guy, albeit he wasn't the most friendly or chatty (which is fine, whatever). Honestly, these owners kept things afloat for a few months then things slowly deteriorated and customer service took a back seat.

Now, with the new owner - he seems like a positive enthusiastic businessman that has a much more clear picture of customer service and seems to want to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction. This guy is always there and has a good attitude which is something...

Bought a Kang Vape box mod from this place 2 weeks ago. It's been on the frits for the last week so I brought it in. The guy working diagnosed the mod as being bad. Then asked me what I wanted to do. I said I'll take a replacement or I can pay the difference on a upgrade. In the end I dicided to just get the same one and chock the first one up as a dud. Then the guy rang me up to charge me 32 bucks for a replacement and said no warranties.

So now I have busted mod I just paid 32 bucks for and I have to order a new one.

I could have bought one of these online for half the price but I like support local businesses here in Mound but I'd expect them to take care of their customers. I been here several times to purchase things of the last 6 months since I moved here....

They sell expired shisha at full price and try to sneak it by you. Careful. 1/2018 new owners - looks like they are updating it, I explained what the old owners were doing, they said they saw this and threw all of the out of date shisha. The cigar selection has grown and they told me they were adding more premium cigars - I don't smoke cigars often but when I do I like a good one! Changing my review from 1 (0)...
