Ty visited our home and instantly captured our vision for the primary closet. What felt like a dream concept quickly became a tangible plan thanks to his expertise and incredible software skills. Even as we made several design adjustments along the way, Ty navigated every change with ease, clarity, and creativity. Visiting the Mound showroom further solidified our confidence—we were so impressed, we started brainstorming future projects on the spot!

Once we finalized finishes, hardware, and a few last design tweaks, we had a crystal-clear virtual layout of our closet. The timeline was clearly communicated and, to our delight, everything ran ahead of schedule.

Kyle, our installer, was an absolute pro. His precision, efficiency, and attention to detail were unmatched. He had the entire build and install completed within a couple of half-days—and to top it off, the installation was moved up a full week, which helped us immensely.

Chose Twin Cities Closet Co based on other positive reviews and having read some unfavorable reviews on some competitors. Extremely pleased with our results and the entire process. Mary S. was wonderful as a designer / consultant and was extremely patient with all of our questions. She listened closely to our needs and thought creatively with solutions. We never felt as if we were being pushed into something we didn’t need. We also appreciated Mary’s responsiveness. Anytime we reached out, we got a timely reply. While personable, Mary was also very professional. The other reps with whom we interacted were John and Tom who did the install. They reached out the day before and the morning of the install to give updates on their arrival. They were extremely polite and clear on the process. Their work was tremendous, including the removal of the old wire shelving and patching the holes in the walls from the old shelving. The install was completed more quickly than anticipated.

Process wise, we were happy with the convenience of visiting the showroom, revising plans, and executing documentation electronically. We also anppreciated all of the choices and options available for our project. We would highly recommend Twin Cities...

I had a stellar experience working with them. It started with my first call in and the owner helping me understand the process. Then Megan showed up at my place, she has a huge smile and great listening skills. She completely understood my wants and needs. She carefully looked at each of my closets, 6 to be exact, and provided me with unique spaces in each one. A couple of them were very challenging and she came up with some great solutions. Then the installation day came, the guys were there all day - 8 to 4:30pm. They were kind, considerate, professional and being the smartie pants that I am we had some fun banter. They made a couple of adjustments for me with no compliant but eagerness to make me happy - huge points for that. And on top of it, they cleaned up after themselves and there was no sign of their being there. At the end of the day, Megan came back and did a walk through with me to ensure my happiness.
