I made an appointment for Covid testing at 3:15 and was on time. I followed my reservation email directions and went inside. Front staff were clueless as to what I was supposed to be doing. Waited in pharmacy line for over 5 minutes only to be told I needed to go back to the car and pull up to the outside window. There I waited over 10 minutes finishing around 3:45. My results were supposed to be sent to me in 2 hours or less.
At 7:00 I called and was on hold for 15 minutes with pharmacy who after answering transferred me to someone named Ted. I told him my story and he told me that it would be 72 hours as he understood it. I corrected him that my appointment confirmation said 2 hours. He argued with me several times on this then said he didn’t know why the pharmacy sent me to him. He would go back to the pharmacy and check with them again. He then answered the phone again and stated it was inconclusive. I’ve taken enough of these tests to know how it works and I know my end was good and said I’m guessing they didn’t get to it in time. He proceeds to tell me he ran the test himself about 3 minutes after I left. (He also said it was the only one he did that day….duh maybe that’s why they transferred me to you). I asked him why someone didn’t call me and let me know that it was inconclusive so I could have come back in and have it done again. Now I have to drive and pay for another test at a Walgreens that is open longer. There wasn’t one aspect of this process that went well. What a Mickey Mouse organization. I would not recommend them to anyone. I also asked if he would just give me a home test if I came in and he said he would not do that. For the...

Entered all the pertinent information got an email confirmation. Arrived 5 minutes ahead of the appointment time. Was greeted by a sign with instructions to use the new QR code to find existing appointments and check in, which I did and received a confirmation that my check-in was successful. Went to sit down in the waiting area. A 'walk-in' who was in line when I arrived sat down and then was called got his vaccination and left. I sat there for another 15 minutes and after noticing for that there was NO customers in the pharmacy for some period got up and asked the counter staff about my appointment. They seemed confused then said, "oh we didn't get your check-in". Asked my name they looked it up after a few minutes instructed me to sit in the clinic room and "someone would be with me shortly". After another 5 minutes or so came back in and asked for my insurance card. Went away and then came back and ... "oh, I'm sorry we don't take your insurance here (HealthPartners-Cigna) you'll have to get your vaccination somewhere else. Half an hour in that joke shop of a pharmacy to be told to go somewhere else. Don't worry we will ... ALWAYS go somewhere else for just about anything...
Read moreThis is the worst experience from a pharmacy that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Primarily the smug attitude of the staff. The condescending tone and unwillingness to be friendly or helpful. Total lack of respect for customers, who by the way, are also patients in need of “health-care” or caring should I say.
Secondarily, the pharmacy is closed multiple days per week many times, for what reasons, nobody really knows. We just have to go there and find out the hard way, or call to see if anybody came in for work…. Seems like they never bounced back from the COVID era of staffing shortages, but the rest of the world has…. Not these guys!
This place is a joke, if you need multiple prescriptions or even a single prescription filled and ready on time.
If you are lucky enough to get your meds in a timely fashion here, don’t expect a friendly or helpful human being that cares about much of anything behind the counter.
I’ve never encountered such a miserable bunch of people in my whole life.
Leaving this...
