Walgreens — Local services in Mounds View

Warning: Do NOT fill your prescriptions at this pharmacy if you don’t want to encounter ridiculously long waits and unprofessional behavior from the staff. I waited in the drive-thru for nearly half an hour before I even got to the window. The only reason I waited this long was because I needed my medication on this day and had no other time to pick it up. Once I was at the window, I sat there for about 25 minutes without even being acknowledged. The guy who was in the car behind me got out of his car and asked me if they had acknowledged me, and I said no. Eventually, I got out and started knocking on the glass, since apparently that was the only way to get their attention. Even the customers in line (which was 8+ people back) were acknowledging me, but it still took over five minutes for anyone to come to the window. The man who finally came over didn’t even apologize, just got defensive when I mentioned the wait, saying, “We’re helping people in line, it’s busy”. Being busy is no excuse for this kind of behavior. I understand that they are probably understaffed, but it’s not hard to quickly address the person in the drive-thru and let them know the wait time. I have also regularly been treated rudely by one of the people on staff there. This all being said, I hate being “that person”, and I never write bad reviews, but something needs to be done about this. If you can’t handle the drive-thru, close it. Don’t waste people’s time. This pharmacy has become so chaotic recently and it’s disappointing since I have been filling my prescriptions there for years, but I’ll be transferring my prescriptions after...

Horrible Customer Service!! I did my first order pickup here and never again!! Walked in didn't know where or what to do finally figure out you put "I'm Here" from your email gives you 3 options so I picked photo counter, went and waited no one around the front end cashier was busy no one noticed me walked around store couldn't find anyone. I could of shopped for myself as long as they took....Finally a girl walks up to cashier didn't acknowledge me at all I ask her what should I do she mean mugs me like I'm bothering her... Walks over to photo and pushes a cart at me and walks away... No thank u, no words nothing RUDE!! Then in my order they substitute items was not a fan except I got 2 GIANT bags of candy when I should of gotten only a candy bar 😆 guess that's my perk for the...

The store is literally the worst. The first time I was here the lady told me that she couldn't find her pharmacist and didn't know where the pharmacist went and that she couldn't help me and that she didn't know how long her pharmacist would be gone. The second time I was here I waited in line for about 45 minutes in the store and then they told me to come back at 7:45. I came back at 7:45 and waited in a car line and then they closed their window even though there we're still cars in line. I get better service at McDonald's! They don't close the store until they service everybody in the car line that got in the car line before the stores closing hours. This is ridiculous! Somebody needs to do...
