Kroger — Local services in Moundsville

Already hard enough having to check online inventory for all of the Krogers, Walmarts, Walgreens, and CVSs in the area for my sons formula because it’s never in stock and of course when I have to call the customer service desk of Kroger in Moundsville the customer service desk lady has to have an attitude about having to go check, “you have called here before about this haven’t you?” Yeah obviously months ago because my baby needs formula? Don’t know how people have the audacity to be rude over having to do the job they’re paid to do and over baby formula at that 😒 Won’t be shopping at Moundsville...

I like that I can use my digital coupons at Kroger's and you get fuel points whenever you earn them from buying certain foods and using your coupons, it's not too bad if you have to take the kids and they have little carts that they can push themselves a little bus thing they can ride in. An also like a free cookie and a free banana , very nice fresh fruit bar and a nice vegetables as well and the staff is great we also get our medications there and they have a really nice staff as well for the pharmacy They have a lot of parking and they have...

The last 3 out of 4 trips, the e-coupons did not work. I went to customer service, who verified I had coupons loaded to my account and gave me money back, up to $16! I contacted kroger and asked to be contacted back. I guess they don't care. I've heard nothing from them. Go to Wal-Mart or Aldi, with less than 1 mile away. UPDATE if they have products on sale YOU WILL BE CHARGED NORMAL PRICE IF YOU HAVE A COUPON TOO. Receipt pic attached. They truly don't care...
