I paid off my washer and dryer on Friday, upon paying off the washer and dryer I get an email stating that I received a promotional offer for paying off my agreement. I had an option of 4 weeks free, 25% off my purchase and there was a third option which I can’t remember. On Saturday Tim from the Moindsville WV store called me to see if there was anything we were needing or wanting. I explained that we needed a refrigerator. He told me about my promotion the 4 weeks free, ect. I told him I had to speak to my husband that I would get back to him on Monday for sure with an answer about the refrigerator. Well when I called today Tim then tells me oh you didn’t take part of the promotion when you paid off the washer and dryer so he couldn’t give me the 4 weeks free… first off it has only been 3 days since I paid it off how does 3 days warrant me not being able to use my so called reward and even if that how does 3 days make the offer drop 2 weeks!? I said forget it I’m not interested. Don’t tell me one thing Saturday and closed Sunday and then tell me something completely different Monday. What a joke! I have already paid my agreements or if I didn’t like something always returned it before next payment due so they can resell it before they lose money. Just goes to show either one they can’t get their stories straight or corporate has some kind of bait and switch with these so called “hey thank you for paying off early here is a reward we will bait you with then switch it on you!” We will not be using RAC again for any purchases in the future if that is how good paying customers are going...

Anna, the manager was phenomenal, I called an spoke with her on the phone an then when I came into the store she took care of me. I got everything an then some for well under what I was looking to pay for one item. It was a cash transaction. An plus she made it possible to be delivered...
