Escape Nail Spa — Local services in Moundsville

I always get dip powder on my short natural nails and every time I come here (3 times), they break after 1 week. Some of the techs are not the friendliest, minus 1 or 2 who always greet people when they come in. I normally request 3 colored coats but some act like it’s an issue/inconvenience. I know it’s more work than the common base coat & 2 colored coats and an extra 5-10 minutes but if I’m paying my hard earned money, I expect to have a job done that won’t need to be repaired for at least another 2-3 weeks. The inside of this establishment is very nice and clean. The door sometimes stays open, I guess for a breeze. Bathroom is somewhat clean. I've heard mixed reviews about this place and normally I don't change up from where I go so I was a bit nervous but my sister had a gift card from xmas and I let mine fall off, plus I've really liked what I have seen from them so we decided to go! First things first when you walk in it is extremely clean, pretty & just very well like organized. We each got full sets w design. I had Kelvin and my sister had a younger lady, I honestly didn't get her name but they were both soo nice. As well as both did awesome on our nails. Always trying to support business in Moundsville. This is the 3rd time going. 2nd time my polish came off within a week and this time I brought my boyfriend. Tried talking him into getting a manicure just to clean him up. It took everything I had to reassure him it’s all cool. Not only did my nail polish end up look terrible, but the guy publicly refused to do my boyfriends nails bc he was male. My boyfriend kindly waited for another person but was so embarrassed he left. The staff proceeded to laugh and ask if I wanted a manicure instead. I couldn’t believe what happened so I told them that was unnecessary to say it the way he did. I won’t be going back.
