Area 51 Smoke Shop — Local services in Mount Dora

Hi. Nice little shop. Great Employees. I started going four years ago, because they had White Pain Out brand Kratom (Maeng Da). The white one, allowed me to replace all other medications I needed for 20 years because of back disc injury. After trying the wide selection of brands, I decided this was the best for me. Bought the biggest bag and didn't need to go back for awhile. When I started checking back (actually, after 20 years of suffering, the severity of the back problem went away (PAIN OUT brand - White)), I been looking for single serve Delta 8 Indica gummies or other non-smokables (yes, I am looking for non-smoking things at smoke shops). They always have really nice employees. Kind of like you'd expect at non just tobacco smoke shops. I think sometimes I go just to say hi to them. But they are totally attentive. Answer my endless questions and honestly (i mean, they dont make pretend if they dont know something). They are quick to sell but, with zero pressure. And sometimes have discounts on clearance items. Or if when I am frequent regular customer. (I go through phases)

Good location. They are between Subway and Japanese restaurant, across from Wendy's, a Chinese place is in the same shopping center, pet shop and biggest gym there also, and Beautiful Key Foods Market across the street. Gas station across the main road. And just behind that is Lowes, Publix, CVS. And there are car parts places and a Goodwill. So you can do a lot and pick something up here also. ... Whole wall of awesome smelling tobacco singles products, making me glad I dont smoke anymore, because its an endless supply of stuff to try. I don't usually do reviews but I have to for Outer Limits. This is by far the best smoke shop around. They have GREAT prices and will beat a competitors price. The owner is the best. He is so kind, understanding and always willing to answer any questions. He sells quality items. You will NOT find counterfiet, knock-off junk here. Everything is high quality and the real deal. I have never met a company with better customer service. I haven't had a bad experience yet. He has gone out of his way to take care of his regular customers. While some items may be cheaper online, I will always give Outer Limits my business because of the good man that owns the store. (Example) I bought a Nexus Vape and it worked fine for about 3 weeks. I took it back in to see if it were user error and he replaced it free of charge. I could have mailed it back to the manufacturer but he took care of it. That speaks volumes! I will never support another Vape/Smoke shop as long as im within the Orlando/Clermont/MtDora area. Even if we moved further, I would still purchase through them and have my order shipped . They have my business for life. Thank you for being the best in this business. I highly recommend the Kratom, CBD, Ejuice (we love Gentlemen's Draw) and they have high quality Vapes. Pretty good usually when I go and a good selection of glass…but I just went in there for some wraps and was told I can only buy four packs of each wrap per customer? The associate was nice so I don’t blame him. In fact, the staff here are always very helpful. He simply told me they have to drive to Orlando to restock because of the shortage. Sorry, management but that’s sort of the price of doing business. I will go to the gas stations to buy 20 packs of the wraps I want to buy and it is no issue there, no limits. I like to support local so I try to shop local. Seems to me like management needs to figure this one out - find a better supplier or deal with the drive, sorry. I will be buying my wraps elsewhere. This seems like poor business practice and judging by the owner replying to people’s reviews with “grow up” really goes to show a lot about this place. I don’t think I will be back. Ironic because there is a sign on the door in big bold letters that say “WE WILL EARN YOUR BUSINESS”.
