I can say that we've been to many Culver's living in Northern Wisconsin for 10 years and visiting other Culver's throughout the midwest. This is normally my favorite fast food joint. Almost all 5 stars across the board for all of them. Today, my husband and son went to the brand new Culver's to get Butterfinger Concrete Mixers. My husband's mixer had very little to no Butterfinger candy pieces. He mentioned this to the worker behind the counter, and she said, "Too bad, that's all you get." Later, while seated at a table, he mentioned to a worker about the scant amount Butterfinger in the shake. She looked at it and agreed, "Wow, you're right! It looks like a plain shake." She did get him a small dixie sized cup of Butterfinger candy mix to add to his Concrete Mixer, so kudos to her. Hopefully, this will not be the norm as we have never had this problem before. Other Culver's are very generous in their food portions. We will try this place again and hope that they live up to the high standards of other wonderful Culver's. I will update my review.
**UPDATE ON OCT 23, 2023: We visited after lunchtime today at 2pm. Excellent, friendy service. Linda is especially friendly and accommodating. Food was fresh and delicious. We ordered double Cheeseburgers, fries, cheese curds, Spicy chicken sandwich. All very tasty. The Butterfinger Concrete Mixers had the right amount of crushed Butterfinger bits today, so problem was resolved from our last visit. My favorite dessert, Turtle Sundae, had lots of hot fudge and pecans. Definitely recommend. 4.5 stars. We...
Read moreOmg this place is fantastic!! I can’t remember the last time I ate somewhere that had such friendly accommodating employees. I have never eaten at Culver’s. My family has brought food home from the drive through but I was always sick whenever they did get food from here and today we decided to go here and eat inside. A day I’m not sick lol. I ordered a cheeseburger & onion rings and husband ordered the fish cheese bites and pretzel bites . We sat down and the food was served to us By the friendliness young man . My husband wanted vinegar and when he went to get up to ask for it , an employee saw him about to stand up and she rushed over w/an huge smile on her face & sweetly asked if he needed anything. He asked for vinegar and she happily went to get it-Brought it back and even offered to open the packets for him!! . I was eating and watching the young man that brought us our food serving others in their cars outside and patrons in the restaurant and the whole time he was smiling and kind to everyone. The food was wonderful, & service was something I thought I’d never experience again in my lifetime . We aren’t used to this type of treatment at all anymore at a restaurant especially a fast food restaurant. I will not forget this experience. I left here full, and really happy. If I was rich I would’ve been handing out hundred dollar bills to thank everyone for such a great experience -that’s how happy they made us...
Read moreWent through the drive-thru and placed my order for Double Deluxe burger add bacon. Made sure bacon was added because it didn't show up on monitor as an add-on. Was assured it was added to the burger order. Was asked for my name and then asked to pull around. The lady in line in front of me was quite old, at least over 80. She received her bag of food. The drive-thru employee then tried handing the older lady a shake, staw and napkins all at once. Well, needless to say the older lady couldn't handle all that at once, and the shake falls to the ground. Common sense goes a long way, no matter what your job is. I then pull up to pay for my order and was asked if I was Tom. I said no, and told the female employee my name. She said there was no one with that name. She asked what I ordered, I told her 3 different times. On the third time, I was told that she was just going to enter it into the system. I didn't feel like waiting longer so said I would just go somewhere else. I was met with a stern condescending BYE. I like Culver's, I usually always go inside, so maybe this is just a drive-thru issue. I hope yall do better, and learn from your...
