I would not recommend this place at all. We have been going here for multiple years. The customer service continues to decline every time.

Today was the last straw and why I am posting. We called several days ago and made an appointment for Sunday at 11. They do not open until 11. We showed up at 10:50. The salon was full with multiple people already waiting. We told the man who greated us that we had appointments and he had us take a seat. He then came over a minute later and said it would be a 45 min wait. We explained that we had an appointment. He proceeded to say that they do not take appointments on Sunday. We asked then why was our name and number taken down and we were told to show up at 11. He said again that they do not take appointments and proceeded to show us a blank sheet of paper as the proof that they do not take Sunday appointments. Lets be clear showing a blank pience of paper proves nothing.

The quality of the service given has also declined. I haven't spoken about that. I kept giving this place the benefit of the doubt.

But to now accuse of lying about making up an appointment is the worst customer service. We called and asked earlier in the week for an appointment this Sunday. If someone made a mistake and made an appointment then they should have called us. Or they should have at least attempted some service recovery.. There was not attempt at that....

So many reasons I a DONE with this place! Let me count the ways: The service used to be the most adequate in town, but the last few times it's gotten worse, in quality, service, and price. Today when I went in for a pedicure, my technician was on her phone the entire service, wasn't paying attention to my wincing in pain. My nails were clipped unevenly (or not at all), and I requested a few callused spots to be addressed and she just shoved a menu in my face. The paint job was splotchy and missed several spots. The leg massage was a joke. She lightly rubbed a little circle exclusively on my shin bone. In the end, my feet didn't even look that clean. After service I just wanted to leave, and not say anything since it's the holidays. The more I looked at it over the hour, the more I hated it. I went back to get a refund, but they point blank refused and threw me out. A while ago, my mom stopped going to this location after witnessing blatant racist discrimination from one of the techs toward another patron. I will never go back and I will shout it from...

I’ve been going here for years & have always enjoyed the services provided, until today. I needed a manicure and pedicure & had dip on my fingernails from a prior manicure approx 2.5 weeks ago. My pedicure was great, but I noticed that they were not soaking the dip off while doing my toes, as it usually is done. When I sat down for my manicure, Andy used the drill to file one fingernail before he picked up an acrylic tip, shoved it under a corner that was starting to lift, and proceeded to RIP OFF my nails. I asked him about it and he said, “ your nails are already lifting, no big deal” and kept on going. He finally stopped when I yelled that he was hurting me, I told him that I didn’t need anything else & that I would not be having a manicure today. He said, “ ok fine”.
