Bought a venti black ice tea - returned it to Alex and said it was too weak , requesting it be fixed. She lifted it to the light then pushed it back saying she couldn’t take it back and made another one. I held it up and said it looked exactly the same and she turned and walked away. We frequent Starbucks multiple times a week and know how their ice tea should look. Maybe she was busy or having a bad day but really no excuse for being rude. I’ve had another incident with this same employee a few days ago. I ordered a shaken espresso light ice - I was told at the drive thru speaker that there would be room at the top, I’ve gotten this drink multiple times and knew that, usually about an inch to inch and a half of room. Went to the window and my drink had about 3 inches of room. When my husband questioned the girl at the window, Alex immediately came to the window and said “what is the issue?” How rude ! When my husband questioned the amount of room she said I told you when it was ordered. I knew my prior experience with this “barista” and told my husband to forget about it and we left after my husband told her how rude she was , not sure if she heard but hopefully she did because obviously management isn’t taking customer service very seriously. Two incidents with the same rude employee is obviously reflection of poor...
Read moreThis location specifically has definitely gone downhill in the past few years after Abby took over, and recently I've been starting to come here less and go to Eustis Starbucks and foxtail more often for this reason. Normally, Starbucks has the best options for food and drink, but this location is so inconsistent when it comes to beverage quality because of their emphasis on window times. What a shame. I think that their customer service and staff are the biggest reason for this decline though. The evening team is wonderful for the most part, very friendly and professional and not in too big of a rush. The morning team however, needs an attitude adjustment. Abby, Mackenzie, and Bridget(although I don't think she works here anymore) are the most unprofessional, rude, cliquish, and seemingly miserable people I have had the displeasure of interacting with. I hear them gossiping about customers and their coworkers on the job any time I decide to stop here. I know that a few other coworkers of mine stopped coming to this location as well specifically because of the behavior of these employees. If their higher- ups had any mind they'd fire the management of this location and hire people who really care about the job. Go to Eustis...
Read moreWow this is the first time ever in our family history of being a customer of Starbucks for years that I've had such a horrible experience. Starbucks usually prides itself with great customer service, going the extra mile, and having a quality product. Unfortunately that was not our experience this time. My husband and I ordered two venti coffees with an extra shot of espresso totaling $13. After trying both, they tasted very weak and so drove back to the drive thru to have them remade. No biggie to us as we know things happen.
After going back and expressing our concern, we were treated awful. The customer service was non-existent, we got no apologies no acknowledgement. Nothing. As a matter of fact, it felt as though we, the customer, annoyed them by going there in the first place. This was also after speaking with the manager because the young lady who took the order had zero customer service etiquette. We ended up asking for our money back and drove away.
We are very disappointed in this experience with Starbucks. We really appreciate our neighborhood Starbucks in Apopka where they always always have the best customer service and appreciation with a...
