Lush Hair and Nails — Local services in Mount Juliet

I bought a groupon and read great reviews for Natasha so I was excited to finally get a natural strawberry blonde/ copper color. While Natasha was extremely nice, her allergies had her coughing and sniffling the whole time. I should have rescheduled right then because having zero immune system makes me very uneasy around people with the sniffles. She assured me she was fine. I showed her my pinterest pictures, she mixed up the colors and went to town. Midway through her coloring she told another client she was almost done with me. What? No. I sat under that dryer until she finished putting color on her other client. I took one look at my hair after she dried it and my heart sunk. (See photos) While the color itself isn't bad, it's not at all natural looking. It's a deep red/orange. There are also patches of blonde and brown that my co workers pointed out to me the next day, she didn't even use foil, just all over color. The groupon I bought was for a highlight or all over color, cut, style, and brow wax. Cut was fine, style was fine. Color isn't natural and I was rushed out before I could get my brows waxed.
