Horrible horrible horrible. I ordered a cake online and received a call from the store informing me they can't make the cake because they don't have the right ingredients. If this was the case, why was I able to even order it after choosing my location, I mean what's the point in choosing my location before I order anyway. Then when I try to cancel my order, I'm told I have to call the customer service number from the website or come in person (which is a 30 minute drive for me) because they can't do refunds from online orders over the phone. Then I call customer service and they can't cancel the pending charge on my card, only give me a refund in 2 to 3 days....
