I have been coming here since August of last year because I am so bad about breaking necklaces. Becker's has always been so kind and professional and helpful. But today took the cake. I went in to pick up a locket that I needed repaired so I can pass it along to my daughter (family heirloom), and I am always fascinated by the jewelry that they have on display. I asked Dallas about longer chains and she was so courteous and professional. We picked out a chain, I picked a charm to celebrate my college graduation, and bought the necklace. I even bought some cleaner to go with it and it was all so affordable and the quality is stellar. Karl was also very helpful and friendly and he put the necklace together for me and put it around my neck. I would recommend everyone come here for your jewelry needs, because the level of customer service you will receive is superior to any other jewelry store. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring at Becker’s. They did a wonderful job helping him pick out the right one! It is beautiful and everything I ever wanted. I had it resized as it was too big when i received it. I got the ring back the same day! They sized it to the correct size but I wasn’t happen with the size that I had chosen. Taking it back in to be resized smaller yet again, I felt awful. Karl was wonderful to work with and I had my ring back the very next day! I would recommend working with Karl and the gang to anyone. I’m not one to complain. But man I’m so disappointed with Beckers in Mount Pleasant. My hubby bought me a new ring back in August that needed resized. They told me they could definitely do it and it would be done at the end of September. I’ve been in there once and called a couple times now. It’s now November & for the last two weeks it’s been “oh you’re next on the list” I’m ALL about supporting small business but if you don’t have time for something don’t take it on… I would love to wear...
