Today I visited the local Panda Express on my lunch hour and was ordering my food. While I waited to be served I did notice an African American employee who did not take pride in his appearance. The gentleman looked as if he was wearing sweatpants to work and constantly kept adjusting his pants by placing his hand inside the waistline and pulling them up. Once he would adjust his pant the team member would proceed with serving food (without gloves) and assisting customers. Once I noticed these practices I backed out of the line and debated if I wanted to have lunch at a restaurant with such poor employee attire and uncleanliness practices. I encourage Panda Express to please take this review with upmost seriousness. I will visit this location again within the next couple of days and browse if the same practices are still being done if so. I must start off by saying, I'm really disappointed in the service that Panda Express offered us today. Im an individual that will do my best at my job when called upon for my services. After working a 10 hour shift I decided to give Panda Express another try after the last 2 times they tried to serve me old food and was the last in the during reagular day business hours. Heather B was our server today and I must have counted 15 eye rolls with forgetting everything we asked for because she had an attitude. Then we asked to sample a meat . She explains how she would have to do that like it was an inconvenience to her. After all this my appetite was ruined and I did not want to eat a bite.
