We’ve had Verizon for years ( like over a decade) and have had nothing but issues mainly with service , especially during peak hours!

My kids can now do homework and search the internet for schooling, etc at an insane connection rate…

We LOVE this store because the owner, Deb Dean, is SO committed to serving people’s needs. How she offers AT&T services AND knows her equipment! Her right hand is Branden, who has an amazing ability to juggle and serve a room full of people right along with her. There is another valued person in this squad who is moving up to Mt Shasta soon from a sister store. That will be THE trio. A store and staff of this caliber is very hard to find. Not everyone has this gift for open~heartedly serving a store’s guests. I can see an adjustment in the current staff soon as one other person will better suited to leave to pursue another line of work. Highly recommend this...

Finding a good phone has always been a challenge for me due to my unique set of circumstances. Having purchased phones at Walmart and other retailers in the past led to severe dissatisfaction.
