I recently received two bouquets ordered by out-of-town friends. They were beautifully natural arrangements in nice vases without a lot of foam and tape. There were two or three kinds of flowers that began to open a few days after they were delivered, almost making them new bouquets. It was a delightful surprise. The roses were really lovely and they aged and wilted beautifully, looking like old-fashioned garden roses. I have, in the past, had roses that just became hard and dry without really "wilting" they way a flower should. They had obviously been treated with some chemical. The quality of the flowers in the bouquets from Harts were first rate and, by removing some early wilters, I had lovely bouquets for two weeks. When most of the flowers had wilted, I pulled out some of the longer-lasting ones and put them in a smaller vase and they gave me another week of beautiful little nosegays on my kitchen windowsill. I very highly recommend the excellent quality of flowers from Harts.
Added 3 months later: A friend just received a Florist Choice bouquet I ordered from Hart's and she said they were the most beautiful flowers she's ever received. I saw a picture and...
Read moreCalled the morning of my daughterâs milestone birthday and Ross, âhooked a girl up!â He thought all they had was a Yellow Pitcher for the Floral Arrangement; â Pretty as a Pitcherâââhe went the extra mile and spied me a foot tall, white one!ââmy daughter collects white pottery from England so, this would fit nicely into her collection. I have to say, for all you on lookerâs the photoâs on their website does not even come close to the beauty of their arrangements. I did though, add the white Roseâs as I had wanted to include a variegated Peach, my girlâs fave. Their prices are quite reasonable too. That White Pitcher isnât âcheesyâ as the birthday girl described as be well made and heavy which reflects her own collection from England. The flowers were to be delivered at her place of employment which arrived in a timely fashion with lots of ooooâs and ahhhhhâs from the City Hall colleagues. Happy daughter, extremely elated Mother. After all, it was her 40th đ...
Read morePlaced an online order well in advance of the date needed. This was for a retirement at our office and I expected it earlier in the day. No I did not state that however in my order. I called at 1130 to see when it would be delivered and was told it was not even made yet. I was put on hold several times while they were trying to get someone in authority to answer my simple question. It seemed like it was an inconvenience that I was inquiring when it would be delivered. When I finally got someone who could comment on my question, they asked if I needed it at a certain time. I said yes the party had already started so sooner would be ideal. She said when does the person leave for the day. I told them 2pm. They promised me it would be there by then. It did arrive right at 2pm. I can't say I was satisfied or not, but would recommend that if you place an order and need it at a certain time, make sure that is in bold...
