I honestly can't say enough great things about Janey and Pavé. When my fiance and I started looking for wedding rings we knew we wanted to stay local and not venture into the big box places. I'm so glad we chose to do that. Janey made the entire experience special and with COVID we were actually scheduled for a private consultation so instead of looking around a store with other people we got to have one on one time with her and she asked us all about what we wanted and it really made the experience. Hearing that I wanted something a little different, Janey worked with me and together we built a ring that was unique and beautiful and had me in tears! Went there one year ago to have a new setting with some of the diamonds that I had. I had to put down a $500 nonrefundable deposit. After six weeks, I finally got to look at a wax mold of what the ring was supposed to look like, whenever I would check in with her, she said she was still perfecting the mold is what took so long. Very hard to visualize and the owner did not have any other suggestions for me. Limited pictures in books for suggestions, she pushed free form which I did not want. Her manner and dress were not professional. She contacted me yesterday (after one year) business must be slow. I told her my disappointment of the store policy and asked for a partial refund of my deposit. She said no, it had been too long. Terrible...

Janey (the owner) is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer all our questions. She is honest and straightforward, which makes it easy to trust her with our valuable keepsakes and cost.
