I’ve heard good things about this place so thought we would give it a try. We arrived and was seated promptly. There was one other table the server was working on. He dropped off chips and salsa and asked for our drink order. We ordered drinks and asked for some bean dip for the chips. After the drinks arrived we ordered two appetizers, the Chile poppers and the Mexican pizza and asked for the bean dip again. We waited patiently. The Chile poppers came out and it didn’t have any sauce. The menu said it came with some jelly sauce which is why we ordered them. The Mexican pizza never arrived, however some pico did, but we didn’t order that. We asked again for some bean dip and at that point he brought out more chips as well. The food arrived and still didn’t have the Mexican pizza which was fine we asked for it Togo since we assumed it was already being made. We get the bill and we were charged for things we didn’t order and a Togo fee for the pizza our server forgot. He said he had a crazy Saturday night and they haven’t had a chance to get everything back in and what not. The server didn’t write anything down and was charging us for his mistakes. He knew we ordered something for the chips so he brought out pico. But if he had written it down he would have been able to provide us with everything we’ve asked for. We did tip generously because he was alone, but I don’t think we will be back. Hopefully it was just an off day and good...
Read moreWe visited Blue Taco for dinner. The menu is very large. I had Los Dos Amigos burrito. Half is filled with meat in a cooked red chile sauce, the other half is filled with a stew meat in a cooked green salsa. The burrito is served wet with sides of sauteed onions and green peppers, pico de gallo, and fresh avacado slices. I ordered the Blue Hawaiian to drink. I wish I enjoyed the food and experience more than I did. The flour tortilla wrap of the burrito was soggy and chewy. The filling was well flavored, but had an unusual texture due to the cheese melted into the sauce. The sauteed vegetables on the side were thinly sliced and had a smokey flavor. I think the dish would have been better as a chile colorado plate, served with sides of rice and beans, with tortillas on the side.
Bring a jacket - it's chilly inside the restaurant. Some of the seats were torn or missing pieces of upholstery all together. My dining companion said the mens restroom was unsanitary and had an odor so strong he left without using it.
They should consider pairing down the menu. It is better to make a few things really well and rotate a menu seasonally, than to have an overwhelming menu with mediocre foods.

Read moreI originally posted my review on Facebook and got a response that felt targeted and then the restaurant blocked me from there page so I'm posting it here.
I am disabled and use a wheelchair. They had a big truck and trailer for the music and it was on the way to enter The ramp was okay but when I tried to use the restroom it was not ADA friendly. I had a very difficult time to move and couldn't move at all. Furniture had to be moved and it was a battle to get inside. Then the bartender seemed annoyed with us for no reason. I will never return. If you have a wheelchair I do not recommend. I had to get help from customers. No staff helped. Also drinks are overpriced.
They responded with "We offer you a comfortable table but you choose the bar." "Our bar have tall chairs and tables of course is difficult to sit on them when you are on a wheelchair that's why the server offer you a comfortable table but you both choose the bar."
I replied that "We did choose to sit in the bar. We did not have an issue at all with sitting at the bar."
They then never replied and after they started to get negativity they then blocked me. Not Profesional. If I could rate...
