If you are looking for THE best starbuck drinks in town, you must visit the Kroger location in Mt.Vernon Illinois. There is a very very professional worker named Asher who makes the absolute best drinks I've ever had from starbucks, and I've been a starbucks consumer for 5 years. He is the best Barista I've ever experienced. He is so kind and generous, soft spoken and truly makes the starbucks experience! I absolutely love him and his personality. He is a real genuine person who takes the time to ask you about your day while making the most amazing Asher-Crafted drinks in this world! It's honestly depressing to visit and find out He isn't working. Ill be honest, The drinks just aren't great if any other batista makes them, and if you ask them to be remade, they get very rude. These are $8 drinks and when they arent good it makes the experience very unpleasant. The other barista's don't put the love and passion into making your drink. I live in the area, most of the employees consistently ignore customers waiting to order. It's easier, quicker and less irritation to buy a canned coffee from Kroger.
