This is absolutely the WORST wireless internet service. We are paying almost $70.00 per month and we can't even stream one show. If we have more than one device on, then we literally spend hours waiting for downloads. Every show must reload anywhere from 3 to over 10 times in just one hour. It is absolutely ridiculous. Thank goodness we have AT&T for our phones so I can use my AT&T hotspot when I really need to get something done quickly on the internet. Read moreGod awful customer service. I’ve been there a few times, and every visit comes with hateful interactions from the staff. I’m not sure if they have some kind of superiority complex or what, but they are condescending and short with every interaction. No thank you’s for doing business either. You would think they would be happy to have someone come in and pay their phone off or sign a contract for service. It seems that they do not like dealing with people, that’s fine and all when you’re not in a customer service field.
