Usually go through the drive through quite a bit and never usually have problems. Tonight we decided to go inside and order and eat in or so we thought. So after we ordered it for here a bunch of younger teens came in and were typical noisy and we didn't hear our name called that was supposedly called 1 time. There was 4 of us that didn't hear the name. So after a few minutes one of the younger ones pointed at a bag on the counter and said is that your food its been there for about 7 minutes. My wife went to the counter and asked for them to remake it because we never heard our name and it wasn't even on the tray for here. The guy working up front got rude and then went and told another worker and they just continued doing whatever and ignored my wife standing there until she said are you going to ignore me or remake my food? And then the lady wanted to come say she was the one that called our name personally and my wife said well there was 4 of us that never heard it and it was supposed to be here. She finally remade it and still put it in a bag. By that time we were ready to leave anyway. Ridiculous poor customer service. If a customer doesn't hear their name you should perhaps say it again or bring it to them. And also listen to what the customer says. Here means...
Read moreI had all plans in giving 5 stars. The one who took my order was very professional and kind. She told me that there would be a 3 minute wait. I said that’s no problem. 10 minutes later I finally got my food. I’m guessing it was the manager at the window that pretty much threw my food at me. She said 10 minutes is unacceptable. I told her it’s no problem for me. She said oh yes it’s a problem. After throwing my order to me I was trying to arrange it so that nothing would spill while driving down the road. She continued to rush me out. Waving her hands saying “go go go you gotta go go go go. I patiently waited for 10 minutes for my food and was completely respectful. She had the audacity to rush me after waiting 10 minutes on them. I will find out who runs this place and let them know how she treated me. If you are behind that is your problem. Not mine. Read moreCouldn't believe what was overheard from the employees while waiting on food. They were getting an order together and were discussing if it was everything when one of the employees stated that it didn't matter because it was probably just a door dash order. However it was a regular to go order and luckily the customer checked before leaving the store since they were missing 4 orders of potatoes and a burrito. But it's OK cause it might be for someone who ordered door dash. All this tells me is that taco bell apparently only cares about the customers that come to the store if you don't, they don't care about your order. I'd like to say that this is an isolated incident but it's not. This store as well as the McDonald's next door are always rude to anyone who orders door dash or picks it up. Orders are always wrong and late. I've spoken to a door dasher and was told they've waited over an hour before at this location for them to fill a simple order.
