Burger King — Restaurant in Mountain Grove

Giving this a one star rating is over rated. Me and my husband had spent all day moving and regret making the choice to eat from here. We went through the drive thru. My husband ordered a triple whopper and got a double. We both ordered onion rings that we're so over done you could hardly break them with your hands let alone bite into one. The patties were so dried they crumbled. Now I know why they have no number listed. If I had a store that was as terrible as this one I wouldn't want to hear all the complaints either. The store we did contact to see if they had a number apologized but nor did they have a number and that we were the 3rd customers to call and complain just on this one employees shift and that is just to one particular store. I have worked in the restaurant business for some years now and as a manager would be absolutely embarrassed to have for such a fairly new establishment have such terrible ratings and quality product. If I was the General Manager or even the district manager I would seriously consider the rehiring process for your employees. I sure hope cooperate does...

Burger King is always a safe bet.. While BK is always a good place for a burger and onion rings, it has become overly expensive and the employee turnover is astronomical.

Fast food joints have always been the purview of young high school/college students being introduced into a working environment but today, it has become the go-to careers of illegal immigrants and senior citizens trying to supplement their income.

Burger King and other chains should make an effort to remain the gateway businesses for youngsters entering into the workforce and are doing this country & its younger citizens a disservice by choosing to hire illegal immigrants at a lower wage than US Citizens.

It is time for the idiotic democrat socialists to distinguish between legal and illegal immigration because illegal immigration is hurting the very citizens that socialists profess to represent even though every democrat in D.C. is a member of the 1% who depend on low information voters to remain in office.

Couldnt get anyone to help. They was busy hiding in the back. They had next to nothing in the drink machine the manager said we could have told her and she would have refilled it.. not my job to inform you that you let EVERYTHING IN YOUR MACHINE RUN EMPTY! Went to ask if they did have something in there machine behind the counter, "soda wise" we had to wait for ever and couldnt get anyone to come to the counter to talk to use. When we finely yelled at the manager who had been ignoring use she finely came over. Then she yelled at use and tried to glare use down and tel use we was wrong when we asked for a refund and was hateful. Considering the we just need a refund then getting aggressive and telling use it never happened, i am very upset and will not be coming back to this poorly run, ghetto, rude place..
