What an experience! I walked in knowing exactly what I was looking for (specifically a refrigerator that wouldn't extend much past the counter top & they had it)! We ended up purchasing all the appliances including washer, dryer, & the dishwasher. All items were delivered the following morning exactly at the time period scheduled. The young men that delivered & set them up were quick & very professional. They didn't install the dishwasher, but I was given the name of an installer & he arrived the next day. He again, was very professional. It was an overall nice experience. The other really nice part was I didn't have to go to the big box stores to get name brand appliances, nor did I pay more for them because I shopped in my home town. I love the store, its a midsized store with name brands. The only thing I don't like is family seems a bit arrogant. I have shopped here twice and ordered online once and each time you get some kind of snarkiness. You could say they come off as bothered that you come in. They are a bit higher on their Stihl products than other dealers, $20/ish. Husqvarna higher ended items they don't have in stock.

As far as dishwashers if you order online, you get super fast delivery (same day) and earlier than schuduled. Very good pricing on dishwashers compared to big box stores. Highly recommended!

Beware when you purchase appliances or tools, you will have to insist on getting a manual or any tools that may come with your stuff. I have never got the manuals for the chainsaw or trimmers. When we walked in we were not greeted, which wasn’t a big deal. We stood there by the dryer for quite a few minutes and had two sales people walk by us and not even acknowledge us. One was busy with another customer. We knew what we wanted and went straight to it and decided right then we were getting it. If it was not for the dire need I would have walked out. We were made to feel like we didn’t matter, or even exist. A simple “I’ll be right with you” would have changed everything. The best thing about this whole experience was the delivery guy.
