Very good food for reasonable prices! Only thing I wasnt impressed with were the deep fried twinkies. Such a letdown! I've had them at a fair and the center icing was cold which made them delicious! Here, the icing is completely melted down... not disgusting but not delicious... but we fed 4 kids and 4 adults with the 16 PC family meal which included 16 hushpuppies, 4 sides (which the mac n cheese & coleslaw were very tasty but small containers), 16 pcs of chicken and/or fish, a large order of delicious cheese curds, & 12 deep fried twinkies. We also got a half gallon of the famous rootbeer. All together it was under $60. Service was fabulous and quick considering we were there with this huge order 30 minutes before closing. I again apologize to the staff for that! The food was all fresh! The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the twinkies. Not a good as I expected and a few were overcooked on ends which made them a nasty crunchy bite. But all in all.... great food for a...

Had a TERRIBLE experience at this A & W last weekend. My 15 y/o son really wanted to try it because he had never been to an A & W before. We went through the drive through. The speaker was not working well, or something, because the person taking our order kept asking us to repeat, 2-3x for each item, all the items we ordered. Then we pulled up to the window and waited for 10 minutes. Eventually we were handed our sodas and told to pull forward because our food was taking awhile to cook. We did as we instructed. We waited another 10 minutes at the new spot. Finally someone came out and asked if the employee at the window had taken money for our order. I responded saying no, we had not paid yet. Without saying anything, that employee turned back around and went inside the restaurant. After waiting another 10 minutes with nobody bringing us food or coming out to speak to us, we left. This is normally a place that I enjoy very much. Have always had a pleasant experience and good food, but tonight was not a good experience. The food was ok but not the normal. The service tonight however was horrible, the lady doing the drive threw was inconsiderate and extremely rude, my wife didn't even get to start the 2nd part of our order before she cut her off and gave her a total, when my wife asked her to hold on please we have more food to order she became quit short and seemed irritated that we had more to order. The food was just thrown in the bag and then shoved in the car window....EXTREMELY RUDE. We will be making a complaint to this store manager. I realize and understand people have bad days but that does not mean its ok to provide this kind of service for something you are paying...
