Never have I been so unhappy with this place in the 15-20 years I have shopped here! I am a member of the rewards program and spend hundreds in this store yearly and maybe even more! I was stretching my gauges and was sold silicone plugs and was told I could wear them at night! Keep in mind I told the girl it was for a new stretch and while walking through the mall I noticed the packaging on the silicone plugs say to NOT WEAR THEM if not healed!!! I tried to return them and the girl was short and extremely rude! No returns on body jewelry, I understand that....but I was misinformed and sold something that I now struggle with daily! They collapse in my ear every single night and I can barely wear them. I will never recommend this store to anyone and me and my partner will never step foot in the store in Muncie,...

Good polite service. There were a few shirts, Zeppelin and Sabbath, that I liked but I had to remind myself I don't need to be buying those right now.
