Can I give ZERO STARS the first time I came to sell brought!!! VERY NICE THINGS THAT WERE BRAND NEW NOT OLD BY ANY MEANS. Some NEVER WORN! They were rude from the start!!! While waiting, for them to look over things I decided to look around I found a few items winter coat, a pair of jeans and two shirts. Within maybe 15min of them “supposedly” looking over the three huge boxes I brought in she said we are ready for you. We don’t want this sorry everything has too much wear and tear LIES!! How if brand new and I keep. I am the type that I wear something once and no longer want it. Literal clothesaholic unfortunately but I’m trying to get better and purge all my stuff and. Just save money instead. Even though they were EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME the ENTIRE TIME I was there and trust me there was ACTUAL dingy extremely worn and raggedy clothes on their racks with very high prices!! Going forward against my intuition about this place I decided to bring more, more this season items and IN EVEN BETTER QUALITY if that’s possible! Including three new pairs of shoes along with MANY MANY name brand long sleeve shirts sweaters and about 15 pair of expensive name brand jeans!! Soon as I walk in the lady says oh didn’t u just do me here last week to try and sell I said yes actually but I have so different stuff. Anyway I don’t want to write a book or say things I’ll regret I’m a god loving god fearing woman. A professional! Very very rude and liars! They treat u like ur dead broke and that’s why u are selling your stuff!! Im banned from store! I will pray for her...

i had a bag filled with very nice quality clothes, from brands such as american eagle, rue 21, hollister, and abercrombie. i wasn’t expecting all of the clothes to be accepted since i was told the workers are very picky with what to accept. when i came back two hours later, i was told nothing was accepted. absolutely nothing. for reference, i had a brand new abercrombie swimsuit, with tags and never worn. i looked over everything and found no stains on any of them, and still was confused on why nothing had been accepted. when the worker gave me my clothes back, she sounded very sarcastic and judgmental. i didn’t think of it much until afterward, but when i walked in there the first time, all of the workers gave me and my sister dirty looks. i truly feel that the workers didn’t accept my clothes because they felt above me. that i wasn’t “good enough” to be shopping at such a “prestigious place”. the plan for me was to give them my clothes and use the store credit to get some new clothes from plato’s. i’m very upset that they didn’t accpet my clothes, but i’m more happy they didn’t because if they want to be judgmental of me and my sister, then they don’t deserve my prefectly good clothes at their store. it’s there...

They are friendly with me. I've been going now since the store first opened. This family has watched my two daughters grow into beautiful adults. One w/her own child now. The sisters who co-own (?) the establishment w/their father have began watching my personal journey from just being able to purchase for my two daughters, to now (14 years post-gastric bypass) I'm the size I was meant to be and enjoy gathering items that fit and look great!

I love the mens shoe collection due to their perfect condition. My husband only wears an 8.5 shoe which is extremely difficult to ever find! I've gotten lucky on occasion. I know they have something for everyone. Hats, hand bags, purses, change purses, I.D. Cases, perfume, lotion, picture frames, make up bags, hats, scarves galore, jewelry, movies, books, coats, hats for both gender, men's extra nice name brand clothing, shoes, sweaters, vests, hoodie, jackets, The styles are current and the ladies are excellent if help I needed. Open your mouth and ASK these ladies for help. They are trained professionally. If...
