To start the gentleman at the counter was polite and concise on what was a good option for today to order. Our Order was taken and then after we sat that's when the experience became bad. We waited 25 minutes just for my late and whatever my wife ordered took like 40 minutes to get it (lol I make espresso at the house but don't speak barista) so decided to see what the hold up was after seeing people had ordered after us had already left with drinks. I asked and they said it was up next. Waited another 10 minutes and asked again and was told same thing. So I stood up there waiting for my drink and about a couple minutes later finally got it but my wife was still waiting on hers so asked again. They said they're working on it and my wife seen a coffee on the counter but assumed it was another order for drive thru. Waited 5+ minutes and she finally had enough and asked again (politely every time I may add) and they said the same thing we are working on it so she waited a few more minutes and seen the coffee still sitting on the counter and decided to ask who's coffee is that because it's been like 40 minutes now and I don't have a coffee and my husband's done with his. That coffee has been on the counter over there for 10+ minutes. Well turns out they started the coffee and didn't add the froth and yes it was her coffee and she just took it and left even though it wasn't even fresh anymore. But another coffee to replace it would have taken to long. Personally I didn't think the coffee was at all that good it taste like burnt coffee beans to me. But only good thing we had while there was a nice guy to take the order. The atmosphere was as expected and the health code rating was high 90s so overall it was sanitary and well maintained on the cleaning, but I don't recommend them if your in a hurry unless you stand around and wait for them to see you don't...
Read moreThis place is the most disappointing Starbucks I've ever been to. Every drink I get is either a trenta or venti and it's always just pathetic. Here's my venti summer skies drink I just bought and here how Starbucks advertises a smaller size. Do the associates pay for the pearls out of their own pocket? My pink drinks are the same. Maybe 5 pieces of strawberry and God forbid I ask to add a dragon fruit inclusion which is like $1 extra....I get like 3 pieces. Only in Murfreesboro TN. Go anywhere else and you actually get what you pay for. And don't complain because you get nothing but attitude. Never again. The bacon wasn't cooked on my mini bacon Gouda egg sandwich either. Such a waste of $30
UPDATE Starbucks responded to me and many others with the same complaints on here advising us to either .... Bring the issue to a barista to fix..... I can assure you I have and all they do is argue Call some number to complain Go on their random website and search around for a place to log our complaints
How about you look at the pictures people are posting, read the complaints, and get better management and training for the associates at this store. I've been a regular for over a decade.... Almost daily Starbucks customer up until I moved to Murfreesboro a year ago. Now I can't stand it. Drinks are always gross, I request light ice every time but still filled with ice, watered down, inclusions and basic parts of the drinks the drinks are ALWAYS lacking. Bacon on sandwiches is always uncooked, sometimes the eggs are still cold. Just step your game up! I go to Nashville, Franklin, la vergne, and I dont have these issues. Virginia, North and South Carolina, Florida, Georgia.... No issues. Murfreesboro..... Nothing but over priced disappointments.
General management... Corporate.... Go there undercover boss style and see if...
Read moreOrdered a Grande White Chocolate Mocha thru drive thru and didn't open it until I got home. Wasn't even a full cup. Called the location to tell them and they said they would remake. That meant I had to drive back over there for their error. Walking into the store, I noticed there were 6 employees, and 1 customer that walked in after me. They just looked at me as they stood there, not asking if I needed help or what could they get me. After walking to the counter where one of them stood, someone came and asked could they help me. Everything about your business is front end service encompassing customer service. So when he approached me "I said yes", and that "I just called about my coffee". He said "yes" and asked a girl who was on her phone to remake my drink. She seemed so unenthusiastic about having to do it. I asked him if he was going to do something for the inconvenience, he said politely "we don't do that, but we will remake your coffee". I'm thinking, that's called customer service for inconveniencing a customer. So, the girl finishes my coffee and just slides it over on the counter, not saying anything. So he puts a sleeve on it and I had to ask for a stopper. Sorry Starbucks but you've got to do better. I've had a couple of times where customer service doesn't appear to be your forte. This is the 2nd time that I've been to this location and an employee that should've been assisting has been on the phone. Church Street location, I've given you too many chances. You won't see my...
