Bojangles — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

We just stopped in on our way to west TN, and it is the best Bojangles I have ever stepped into. The outside was clean and distinguishable.

The staff was pleasantly friendly and helpful. As soon as we walked into the restaurant, there were 2 members of management that were sitting at a booth. The stopped their discussion to happily greet us and welcome us into thier restaurant. Then we were introduced to the individual taking orders, and what a interaction we had. He was a young, slender, African American man, about 5'8" ish tall, who liked his video games; call of duty was his current favorite I believe. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves a glowing compliment to the franchise owners! Anybody who views this and knows him, should respond with his first name or just show his bosses this.

The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! The 2 of us each got 2 country ham biscuits, his with egg; and a 4 piece tender box. The wait was extremely short for the quality of the food we recieved. However, while we were waiting on our order; the front line staff indulged us with very passive and friendly banter. After we recieved our order, we were thanked for our business and blessed with good tidings. We said our goodbyes and departed from the business.

It may be needless to say with such a great staff, great service, and great food; but I would definitely eat here again.

Heck, I would even take...

We stopped late one night as the dining room was closing. We do understand lateness of the hour, dining room scheduling, and safety. However, the woman was rude. She told us we would have to go through the drive through. But she left out some details. We decided to do the drive through. However, once in line she told us they only had mashed potatoes and wings. Nothing else was available. Her tone on the intercom was as rude as it was at the door. Considering she could have told this information at the door in a polite manner, we might have given her a pass. But she chose poorly. So, we went to Slim Chickens who has better chicken, services, and more food always. This not the first time this has happened. In Hermitage, TN they would run out of food, lock the doors in the early afternoon, and not provide the correct order. We gave them multiple chances to do better. We also figured a different town would make a difference. It didn't. If you want good service, good food, multiple options of food, super friendly and sweet staff, and excellent managers, chose Slim...

I rarely leave negative reviews, however my experience with the manager through the drive-thru was horrible this afternoon. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker where I was greeted with "You're gonna have to hold on a minute." When she came back on the speaker, I got one kids meal ordered before she rudely told me my total and told me to move to the window. I wasn't done ordering and she had the wrong order on the screen. After I got my food ordered and pulled to the window, she gave me a receipt that wasn't mine. I went inside to check that I was charged for the correct order, and rudely again, she said "no this man done been gone a long time ago" and walked off. She didn't offer me my correct receipt. Now I'm waiting in the parking lot for our food, 10 minutes so far. I don't mind waiting at all, but if you're going to work much less manage a store you should have customer service skills. It doesn't take much to not be rude- especially...
