francesca's — Local services in Murfreesboro

I recently went to visit this store and the two young ladies behind the counter never acknowledged my presence in the store. After acknowledging several customers that walked in behind me, they both still failed to say anything. One of them actually walked past me and was looking at her phone the whole time. I understand that sometimes you get busy and can’t speak to everyone but when you make it a point to speak to everyone else that come in behind me and you walk past me and still say nothing, it’s like saying you don’t want or need my money to support your business. This is my favorite Francesca’s, everyone is always so sweet! Today I came in store for a pickup and asked about a specific sweater. The associate looked up the sweater, let me know they only had a small, called another store and put the size I needed on hold. I shop at bougie places sometimes and I get better customer service from the staff at this Francesca’s. I’ve gone in there over 20 times and never had a bad experience. They, the ah-mazing staff there never ceases to amaze us. Today, we walked out with 6 peices for under $200 because of the fabulous sale today..

Sam walked us through finding what we wanted, the sizes we needed, and made us feel like she was our own personal Shopper!
